Hotel is in Batu so it's about 30mins grab ride to Malang City. It's not super far but sometimes the traffic jam can be a bit unpleasant. A lot of nice restaurants nearby. Water in the pool is cold because Batu's weather is quite chilling but they also have sauna and warm jacuzzi, which is nice. Despite that, my kids still swam at night because the pool is really nice. some rooms, especially the one i was in, has very2 limited power point so it's not convenient when you have a few gadgets to charge. We also booked other rooms and the other rooms had more power points so i'm not sure why the room i was in had only 1 usable power point, also one in the bathroom and the other is actually for the lamp. It would be good if they can put power point on each sides of the bed for charging the phone at night. Lastly, I don't like it that they don't provide ironing facilities in every room because I would prefer to iron my clothes myself before i wear it instead of sending it to the laundry everyday.

this is my 2nd time staying here and i love the luxury feel it gives. my room is big and clean, bathroom is huge and we got the room that has one of the best view overlooking the pool and mountains at the same time. enjoyed all the facilities. my kids love the swimming pool even though it was super cold, playground, game room.. all of it. The breakfast spread was good, not the best I've had but it was pretty good for Indo food. The staffs were all very polite, friendly and kind, always eager to help and will greet you every time you see them. Although the hotel looks a little run down, i think it's a bit old but they maintain it pretty well. I was given the same room i was in last year, thanks to the check in staff, Era, who served us with much happiness. All in all, my family and I had wonderful experience staying in this hotel both times and we would love to be back again and again.

Nice and comfy hotel. There are plenty activities that we could choose, such as basketball, tennis, cycling, and of-course swimming and it has jacuzzi which is great. They also have gym, also play room for the kids. Love the scenery here, the garden make it perfect for us just to stroll around the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic too, and the service was immaculate.

We had a lovely stay overall, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The bed was just okay for me, and the pillows were small and a bit too soft. Unfortunately, the indoor playground was closed on our last night due to a leak, which left my son a bit disappointed. The breakfast selection was quite varied, but we felt that the bubur and jamu could have been better. I also used the gym during our stay, and the equipment was in good condition, but I did notice a lack of yoga mats, which would have been a nice addition. I did notice there are additional prices for some of their children's activities. They were not much, but I think it would be better to make them free of charge for hotel guests.

Our stay at the resort was fantastic! The hotel is impeccably maintained, and the garden area is simply beautiful. It’s an ideal choice for families with young children, as there are plenty of activities to keep them entertained, especially on weekends. The resort offers both indoor and outdoor playgrounds; the indoor one is particularly suited for toddlers and kindergarten-aged kids. Our room was spacious and included an outdoor balcony, making it a comfortable place to relax. The TV had a great selection of channels, including HBO. The staff were always helpful and friendly, which added to our pleasant experience. We also used the free shuttle service to Jatim Parks, but we felt the schedule could be better aligned with the parks’ opening and closing times. Thank you! We can't wait to come back.

About the restaurant reconstruction. At my first day i got my breakfast in restaurant near lobby. It was great and i can get everything that provided. But in my last day of stay, i’ve moved to ballroom to get my breakfast. Sadly it little bit chaos inside the ballroom. When i asked for a cappuccino they simply cannot provided since it was not in the restaurant.

Too much noise (due to event) during breakfast and dinner, breakfast and half board have plenty food choices but taste was bad and some weren’t fresh. Overly crowded and queue for egg station was too long. Coffee quality during breakfast was terrible..

A lot of activities (billiard, table tennis, pool, gym, basketball, etc.), room is rather old but decently clean, & spacious, staff were nice and helpful, location is good (before batu city so that it’s less traffic and next to jayim park 3).

The sink is clogged. There should be regular maintenance. However it does not really bother our stay.

I arrived with my family and got a very good and comfortable room and service. like coming home to a luxurious but very warm atmosphere. Thank you for all the best service that I will never forget, especially to Ms Nadila who gave me a surprise on my birthday. I will definitely come back.

There is a problem w/ our key card n we can't enter the room, so we hv to back n reach the far lobby ....but after we got another card n back to our room it unfortunately still broken....so next time the staff should try first before give another card to open the room door fm outside as the lobby is so far fm.the room
