Hotel is pretty remote and it's far away from the Labuan Bajo town centre. There's a hotel shuttle that drives to and from a designated location a couple times a day.

We stayed here for 1 night prior to taking off for a 3 day boat tour in Flores. Breakfast was good, room was clean and spacious hotel facilities were adequate.

The restaurant was a bit disappointing and overpriced, which really matters since it is a bit far from the choices you have in town. Also laundry is quite expensive.

The beach walks and pool was very nice. Room was comfortable with everything we needed.

The hotel restaurant is terrible. We has the necessity to eat there two times (nothing else around the hotel) and we regret it. This really worsen our experience. Also the laundry service is really expensive compared to other hotels.

The lobby and the swimming pool area are beautiful, and the rooms are big and comfortable. They offer the airport transfer and a transfer to the city in the evening. Water and swimming pool towels are provided.

Not enough shade or lounges around the pool Hotel was quite far out from town with only one evening shuttle, could have offered a morning one I received repeated emails questioning my booking And payment was taken prematurely, in my opinion

Breakfast was just ok. The restaurant is overpriced. The hotel is a bit run down and also you can hear all the noises from the hall and neighbouring rooms. It is a bit outside from the central area and sometimes you need to wait about 20 min for the taxi. Unless you get a motor Grab, then it is faster.

The pool area is nice and the view from the window over the hills is very pleasant. The staff is very polite.

There was a very large wedding at the resort while we were staying there. At no point did any of the staff or management advise us this was happening. We were not permitted to use the pool for 1 day which was also not advised prior or during check in. ON the day of the wedding the staff advised the music would stop at 10pm….but in fact it continued well after 11pm. A member of my group had to go down to the staff and complain. We were not guests of the wedding and we were very disappointed that when we booked we were not advised about the wedding reception being held at the resort. This should have been a common courtesy. We also booked boat rips that left well before sunrise and to be kept awake with music late at night was dreadful.

The location, the free airport pick up and the staff were amazing.

We stayed in a homestay on Komodo Island, and the host was also our guide. It was a truly unique and authentic experience. We got to see local life in Komodo Village first-hand, something you can’t get on big tours or cruises. The homestay owner and our guide Jhuna and his family were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The food was homemade and delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. Our host showed us all the main sights of the island, including a guided trek through Komodo National Park. We saw Komodo dragons of all ages and sizes — even a massive one over 2.5 meters long. And even saw two dragons during mating behavior (almost!). We also visited the beautiful Pink Beach and climbed to a stunning viewpoint. The next day we went snorkeling — swam with a baby shark, saw lots of colorful fish, and explored a coral reef. Our guide took great care of us and even accompanied us back to Labuan Bajo. In just two days, we saw and experienced so much. It was a real, personal adventure — far better than any luxury cruise or one-day tour. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to truly connect with the island and its people.

We wanted to rent a scooter, the staff told us to go down the street they didn’t want to call someone. Remind you it was 8pm and dark. So we had to walk 10min in the dark to get a scooter. Every other place we stayed they always organized a scooter for us, so we are just not used to it.

but the corridors and the rooms are mega old. They need to renew the rooms. It located a bit "far from the center", so the taxi drivers try to charge you more.

The place was in front of the sea. The facilities are well maintained, They offer a shuttle bus several times per day and to go to the airport. Very good point for them :)

There were no cocktails available in the dining area…the waitress said there was only Bintang. There was no music in Nicks Bar after dinner. The pool had tiles falling off…very unsafe in some areas. The gardens were lovely but the grass was very long and needed cutting.

The hotel was very clean overall. The food was tasty & very reasonable prices. The bed in our suite was very comfortable.

It's a shame that the seaside/beach area adjacent and connected with the hotel was littered.

Hotel was clean and relaxing. They also provided free rides from hotel to town centre every day.

The food was OK. Buffet quality, though only the breakfast was actually a buffet. The shuttle bus failed to pick me up from the airport. And the shuttle to town was cancelled several times with no notice. Plus the bus was 30 mins late to pick up from the town one day. The plughole in the shower was blocked and left me standing in 2cm of water. Should have been noticed by housekeeping during regular bathroom cleaning. Gym had very old equipment.

The room was lovely, with a wonderful view over the pool and palm trees to the ocean and islands beyond. Stunning sunset every night.
