How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Compared to price, no critic.
The service in the breakfast was just amazing. Especially one girl was treating us so well bringing coffee and fruit and smiling and friendly. Even when no tables available, she managed to get a table for us. Just so sweet.

the breakfast is painfully plain. The menu selection was eh, and the taste of the food is so underwhelming for the room at that rate.
The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the location is perfect. Booking this hotel to attend an even on ICE, and it was within walking distance. thereare minimarkets near the location.

- The wifi during our stay was probably the worst wifi provided by any city / business hotels we have ever stayed at! - The window is obviously not sound-proofed! We can clearly hear noises from the outside - Breakfast taste and variety were just ok
- Beautiful design - Great location. Very close to numerous offices, shopping malls, and convention centre. In fact, it is actually in one location with Indonesia's biggest convention centre - Friendly staff - Quick check-in and check-out

In room facilities , furnitures, need to be refreshed. Gym facilities need to be improved. Chiller in room not cold enough
I was amazed by the hospitality from the hotel staff specially at the coffee shop during my bfast. The restaurant manager was so friendly, proffesional n helpful. As well as the waiters incharge on that day april 2nd, 2025 Bfast choices and coffee are great. Many thanks n keep the spirit ON.. Cheers

Room was clean. Great location, ICE BSD at your doorstep. Near mall too Breakfast has quite some variety, not fancy, but nice. Staffs were all friendly, specially in breakfast area, although it was packed and full, but they are still very handy and always serve with smiles.

This experience was a weird one because it happened at around 7 or 8 pm. There was a lot of noise outside of my room; something was banging at the door. I tried to ignore it, but it went on for quite some time, so I took a look through the peep hole and lo and behold I saw someone up on a ladder (fixing a light fixture perhaps?) and swinging some sort of cable that was banging on the carpeted floor or even the door. Why was it weird? Because any maintenance should not be done at that hour, when some people are back in the rooms ready for sleep.
Everything was great including the free breakfast buffet that has many choices. I am especially appreciative of the omelet bar.

The Noises from the road need to be done for all the rooms facing the highway. (like sound proof items.) Need more spacious for non smoking area, too cramped.
Location okay. The breakfast was okay.

Maybe the hotel isn't the newest and it could have a quick refresh but except this there is nothing to highlight.
The first thing that makes this hotel special is its location. It is INSIDE the ICE BSD exhibition center, making all the other characteristics less relevant. In any case, the room was quite big and clean and also the breakfast was very nice. Also, the staff has proven kind and at our disposal.

No plastic for the rubbish bin. Should prepare plastic bag for bin. The clothes closet is too small.
Hotel was near to venue of event that I was attending, only less than 10 mins walking distance. Food for room service was good & plenty at breakfast buffet. Bed & pillows were clean & comfy.

Wish there were shuttles to the nearest malls as there's nothing within the vicinity area
It was the only hotel close to the event space. Relatively clean and convenient if you need a hotel to attend the event over the weekend.

It might be a bit far from the central of Jakarta as travelling by GoCar would take around an hour.
Since I booked this hotel to attend a concert which was held in ICE Hall 5, the walking distance between the hotel and venue is only 5 - 8 minutes away.
