We booked this as our previous hotel was too far away from the locations we wanted to visit, and they accommodated us. It is in a fab location off Legian Jl, but quiet enough to forget you are in the middle of it all. The pool was fab and nice and clean, the room was clean (mattress was quite saggy and pillows were not great) but all linen was clean. Really good value hotel.

They didn’t have breakfast but there was a coffee shop across the road with great coffee, great food and lovely staff.

Our room could have been a bit lighter (no windows, ground floor) and the electrical lighting was a bit average. Bathroom smelled intensely of cleaner/"carbol". Showers are HOT - scaldingly hot. Be warned - especially with kids. Pillows a bit tired and could be upgraded

Staff are very helpful, especially when the airline cancelled our flight at 1.30 AM. We returned to the hotel and were given our room back, so we could get some sleep. Staff very helpful here. The pool is also nice and is about 1.6-1.7m deep with a shallower kids pool to the side. Considering the location its surprisingly quiet, being set back from Legian Road about 40-50 metres.

Great location. Lovely setting with fish ponds. Staff friendly and speak good English. Standard room has no fridge or tea/coffee facilities.. but they have free tea/coffee at reception.good size pool Lovely and clean...but access in/out for 70yr old is not good. Its via a small pool and over a wall... bed is comfortable. With doona no top sheet. And quite lumpy pillow. Frog noises over night were loud and disruptive to a light sleeper.. but otherwise is quiet as back from road so no traffic noise. My first night there was loud drumming ceremonial music coming from a temple next door up until about 10.45pm.

The smell in the room is strong when you enter, its not dirt its because people come from the pool still wet and sit on the couch , that smell stays in the couch

The wifi was extremely bad. if they improve the wifi then it could be perfect hotel. I couldn't work or even connect the TV to wifi.

There was a musty smell in my room that stayed around for my three nights. I don't think it's the Hotel fault, it seems to be common in these areas. I think is just a Bali thing. I got used to it, so all good.

This is my second time staying here. It's a lovely authentic place to stay with gorgeous gardens ,great pool and helpful staff. In a great location across from the AMV Shooters bar where great live music happens. Quiet and family friendly hotel. My bedroom had a comfy bed,great air con and also a big verandah.

We hired a room here for several hours prior to our flight home. It was a good location, close to airport and did everything we needed it to - store our bags, and shower before departing.

There are doing a lot of renovating and work around the grounds, so there was a lot of noise going on. I assume it will be completed soon and am keen to see the results of the new bridges over the fish ponds and upgrades to the grounds. For the price I paid the work going on did not bother me.

Great place right in the middle of the night life of Kuta. The pool looks good but did not use due to fresh tattoos. I'm considering staying there for at least a few nights next trip.

The bathroom needs to be renovated. The paint on the walls is fading big time. Also, a thicker blanket would be nice in the bedroom. There was a bit of work being done outside the rooms that started early in the morning and ended a bit late.

The pool is very nice and the room is big enough for a solo traveler or couple.

From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Staff were easily contactable. Facilities were great, had no issues. The pool had to be the cleanest pool I’ve been in Bali. Would 10/10 book again.

The staff working there wanted me to pay the double of price for my stay. I told then the price that I booked in booking.com and he said ok. So get sure of checking the price before paying in the reception.... As well there were a few locals living there speaking really loud at night which annoyed me as I wanted to sleep
