Location quiet but centralised, lots of food and attractions around.

What a beautiful place! A haven on a quiet street. Authentic Indonesian architecture. Excellent breakfast and location, close to many shops and restaurants. Lovely staff.

I couldn't stay longer.

Very well located, the staff is friendly and promptly to help.

The pressure is the shower is not the best, for me, that have long hair was hard to wash with so little water. I bit mold in the curtain shower curtain and walls.

Great location - kind staff - good view!

Very humid. The bed sheets were old and and felt humid as well. Bathroom was dark, full of spider webs - needs repair. The room had many old spider webs too, including the wardrobe. I had to ask to clean - which they did, but they limit the cleaning to whatever you point it out. When I arrived I felt lost. There were no signs to follow where the entrance was. I was under the rain and calling out for help. A neighbor heard me and showed me the way to the end of the property to get to the reception. It was frustrating.

The central location made it easy to walk everywhere around town, which saves on taxi costs

Very small pool area shared between hotels with only 4 sunbeds. Power kept going off as fuse blew easily so had to keep resetting

The staff were kind and helpfuland if there was a problem with the room they were very helpful if they could fix it they did or move you to another room (at extra cost if it was a better class of room) comfortable bed the breakfast I chose ( scrambled eggs) was cooked well. The first room ( 3rd floor) had a view. The second room was next to the pool and was large and had a very large bath room the outside area is pleasant

In the first room -302 the room is nice with a balcony and some view.. however the airconditioner compressor which is on the outside of the bedside wall is old and very noisy. So unless that sort of noise doesn't bother you .. check the aircon first. the controller in the Poolside room No 2 has a hum. also the bearings in the vent fan in that bathroom are shot and make a terrible noise.. only a problem if your companion likes to sleep in and you want to get up and have a shower. I did show this to the manager and he said he would have it replaced ..

Very friendly staff and has a perfect location, right at the center of ubud. Really good value for money.

Room could be cleaner, there are spider webs around corners. They made me check out at 11 even though it states that it can be up to 12.

Perfect location in Ubud Bali

A lot of ants in our room crawling on the head board etc. kind of unavoidable and the pool could do with a clean!
