The food at the restaurant could be improved.

The property was beautifully designed and nicely spread out. The beach front was gorgeous. Very family friendly. We stayed at the honeymoon suite which was very spacious, bathroom was great with the bath tub facing the ocean. Great water pressure. Bed was comfortable. We had a living room and a balcony with an amazing ocean front view. You could arrange to have the massage in the room, which was a nice touch. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional.

Amazing place with nice, kind and proclient staff! The food was delicious, hotel has a beautiful gardens and beach. Everything was perfect clean and the room servise twice a day was amazing! Excelent buggy servise! The elevevator to the beach was safe 😎Unbelieveable servise!!!

Unfortunately there were weddings and events on their private beach very frequently, so we weren’t able to use all the facilities we would have liked. Cabanas are an extra cost to use.

Staff were amazing, breakfast was exceptionally good, their dinner just as amazing. Really enjoyed that there were water activities included on the private beach. Happy place with a happy vibe.

We came for honeymoon and stayed in Samabe for 5 days 4 nights, and we were quite impressed with the hospitality here! We were well greeted by the staff daily and their e-butler and housekeeping service is just amazing, enjoyed the breakfast, to sum up, we’ll definitely be back again for our next Bali trip!

Prices of food and drinks were the highest we've seen in Bali. But we're paying for the 5 star experience. And it was very convenient from wherever we were at the resort.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Always very helpful. Offering to drive us around in the buggy wherever we were. Very attentive. Our room also had a beautiful ocean view and great facilities. Food was delicious at the restaurant. Excellent selection of international meals. Lots of nice inclusions like snacks and drinks in the mini bar. Afternoon tea.

Location was a little off from rest of the attractions. They need to improve on quality of cocktails.

A bit far from local product shopping area.

Love the breakfast ambience as can see the 2 house deer roaming in the morning. Good selection of breakfast choices. Complimentary non-alcoholic drinks through indeed a bonus and much appreciated. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. Love the beach lift, cannot imagine if i need to walk 160 steps stairs per trip to the beach. Our suite is very huge and comfortable. Had the nice cave dining experience which booked separately. Buggy service is readily available.

Just two suggestions for improvement: 1) We noticed some sharp debris on the beach sand, including an abandoned saw, which we immediately reported to the staff. 2) The Qibla direction indicated by the sticker appeared to be inaccurate.

Stunning ocean view, engaging kids’ club with activities, twice-daily housekeeping, and complimentary drinks not just upon arrival but also at the beach and main pool. We also enjoyed free water sports, efficient buggy service, and a fantastic spa. A special highlight for the kids was feeding the deer during breakfast — their absolute favourite! So many great features — too many to list!

Everything was great!

The excellent service accorded- be it for dining, room service, cleaning and general transportation around the property. It’s truly a beautiful resort with its lovely clean beach. The owner was around and would greet us and ask about our stay, the restaurant team took in our requests and never missed with their sumptuous food, the staff - always smiling and gave us good recommendations for travel around.
