Without a doubt it was my best stay in my whole life We booked 3 bedroom villa and after tow days they upgraded us to presidential villa which it was just a Gem 3 large rooms with a luxury furniture including outdoor cinema and la Large heated pool with a separate kids pool Including 3 smart TV and speakers , caroke and even Playstation 5 The resort is very very massive that you nedd a days to explore it There amazing activity club The breakfast is massive with all variation of foods Have tow restaurants and their room dining is very delicious and not pricy We tried in villa barbecue with it was amazing experience just front the pool Absolutly will come back

Plenty of facilities for the kids, packed of schedule on the weekends, they even put dozens of colorful plastic balls onto the kids pool (what a dream for the kids!). We got free upgrade to executive room so we got the bath tub in our room (thank you pullman!). Having deluxe room with pool access at Egon building is such a perfect picture of holiday when you got kids who love to be in the water all day. This room is literally 2 steps away from the breakfast room and pool! You couldn’t ask for a better view and convenience but this!

AustraliaA Beautiful resort away from the city , staff were very friendly and very helpful . Prepared to go the extra mile to accommodate your needs . There are Plenty of activities not just for kids but adults too including mini golf and archery , You won’t need to leave the hotel . Pools are clean and well maintained Buffet breakfast was amazing and delicious and they make really good coffee . We booked a king room garden access , the room had beautiful views of lush greenery , which had a very serene feel . Room was spacious , comfortable with lots of movie Chanel’s and the room also has a coffee machine . The only minor negative is mini bar fridge’s are not stocked . The hotel also has a spa and wellness centre which is not over priced . We booked in for a massage at the hotels spa and we were not disappointed.. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a quiet getaway .

I love the location, no need to get stuck in traffic. Everything is there, exactly what we need from this resort. The staff are friendly, especially the front officers Tegar and Amalia, because they upgraded our room, thank you. The kids are happy, the restaurant is good because we only eat inside the resort beside Amanaia restaurant which is close to the property. Too lazy to go out to the main road. We rode the Andong. There is a deer park and peacock aviary enclosure and the kids loved it too! The room is clean. This is our second time here and will definitely come back for another short break.

IndonesiaAs the resort was big enough, Maybe you can consider to give more comfortable access for disabilities and senior citizen that most of them having hard time in my opinion to reach their room especially non villa room.
There are a lot of activities for kids especially for weekend, some of them are free and the rest we have to pay with reasonable price. We were doing trekking in the paddy field and bee farm, also we were feeding fish & turtles. There are also several activities in the mini zoo near swimming pool, we can playing with snake (don't worry they have a reptile keeper and mini zoo keeper).

Because it was our wedding anniversary, they upgraded our room into a suit. They prepared also a towel arrangement on the bed and a cake with happy anniversary written on the plate. The room was very comfortable, though quite far to reach. We had a good time at the spa. The masseuse was good. The food was delicious as well, both the dinner and breakfast. So many choices of food to choose from for breakfast.
