There was a mess up with our room and they put us in the ring ones, this meant there was an issue with breakfast and after sorting it out we still go Questioned. Water from shower ran brown sometimes and no one spoke English and one or two words so talking to the staff was extremely difficult

1) There are pencil scratches in several rooms, done by children which need to clean. 2) Need maintenance on doors with gaps esp overlooking the garden, entrance for lizards. 3) Need to maintain the airconditioning in room 257 which makes so much noise.

No bar to have drinks at or a swim up bar as most would expect from a holiday resort, in fact no alcohol at all we had to purchase beers from the hotel next door which were very expensive. Our room was right next to the elevator on the 3rd floor and the constant dinging from the elevator opening was extremely loud and annoying whistling trying to sleep.

The resort was very nice with a great pool, rooms were clean & very spacious.

Food at the restaurant was over-priced and not tasty. Breakfast lacked variety and most food were served cold. There were so many people with not enough food to go around.

The food from the restaurant could have been better, and the shower in our room backed up,and you could smell sewer. Other then that the place was great.

we found rotten food in the fridge.

We stayed in 6 or 7 different places while in Indonesia. This was the worse. First of all it was super noisy and very kids friendly. I dont have anything with kids but they were screaming even at 23:00 and the property had thin walls and could hear them from the pool screaming. The room wasn't clean. We even found rotten food in the fridge. Then, staff wasnt helpful at all. At some point they even complicated things for us. We asked them to help rent a scouter and they said we need to pay and to leave our passports with them. Asked them to have the scouter at the reception next day at 8am. We came at 8:30, no scouter, they said we have to wait, they are going for the scouter. At 9:30-10:00 the manager came and said they don't have a scouter, which messed with our plans for the day. Should we had know a night before we would have made different arrangements (like renting a driver for the day)

Price is reasonable, very friendly staff and nice layout of the hotel. Breakfast was a huge spread. There’s a great massage just beside the hotel.

A multi lingual hotel and tourist information folder in each room would have been helpful.....others do it, why not here? Room not properly checked before arrival e.g not all lights working, safe deposit box had batteries missing.

Gardens and swimming pools were fabulous. The earthquake (no damage) was a nice touch too.

The breakfast was extremely poor, I woukd just eat out next time.

For the price everything was great. Bed was soft, it had AC and the garden and pool wa lovely, the room was clean. I got woken up at 4am from the 7.1 earthquake and hotel handled it well 😂.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Laundry is sooo expensive. The restaurant was not great and I stuck to eating at places nearby.

We booked the hotel and needed to arrange some transfer services as my husband can’t walk properly. We tried to contact them MULTIPLE times. Booking team as well via message and phone. No reply so qe had to look for an alternative Terrible customer service from the hotel. I wouldn’t recomend staying here

Lombok garden hotel have new building and old building, lowest price is on old building. customer will not know about this.

the worstest is bathroom, deep dirty wash basin, all wall and door dirty at bottom side. second worst is the smell of the room is musty smell.
