Linen wasn't changed every day, the room we had was right next to a laundry room which wasn't the nicest Tv promotional board outside our room that had a sound which was annoying, asked staff to switch the sound off which they didn't comply with so that we could sleep better. Breakfast was just passable

Room didn't have a window to the outside. A little run down. When we checked out at 8pm for our flight that evening they made us wait so they could check the room.

Good for price. Great location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good bar and restaurant. The pool area on the roof has a great view.

Smell of room, dirty carpet, stayed for 10days and got my bed dirty eating chips i told them to change but still not changing linen, lights are little dark specially in toilet. no wifi, no signal on tv

Cheap, affordable, accessible to everything, live band, infront of beach, comfy bed, nice air-conditioning, good room service food, breakfast included, free water in room. Very accomodating front desk personnel.

We got a discounted price and we were happy with what we got for the price. Facilities are old, with wear and tare but clean. Ordered room service and the food was absolutely delicious! Very surprised as the menu design appeared rather dated and very cheap pricing, but thoroughly enjoyed all the meals we ordered. Breakfast was standard Asian buffet, yummy, but not too many western style options.

No natural light or opening window which meant the room was quite dark and dingy. Light switches were confusing and in odd spots of the room. Shower head holder was very upright which meant the shower only directed straight at the wall and very high to had to hold the shower head to actually get wet.

The rooms in this hotel are underground, which was not mentioned anywhere in the hotel description or on any sites. Please avoid if you are claustrophobic or have problem with entirely enclosed spaces.

Bathroom had a weird set up was clean but smelt a bit damp the shower head attachment to wall was broken so fell off a few times no opening window or outdoor view

The hotel is just in front of the beach and the staffs are so friendly and helpful. Will totally come here again next time.

It's a good hotel situated near all facilities which you would need during your stay in Kuta beach. I recommend to book this hotel. Won't regret. You can book rooms depending on what type of space you need obviously prices will vary along your requirements.

The two original rooms were inadequate. One was smelly and the air conditioning was not working properly- it turned off every half hour. The bathrooms were poor. We asked to move rooms and the staff accommodated us promptly. We advise checking the rooms prior to moving in as they vary.

The staff were very helpful. The location is excellent.

Checked in and went for a shower on 4th floor as room wasn't ready. There was leftover filter coffee from breakfast, so took a cup to get some coffee. A staff member took it off me and told me I had to pay. Thought it was a little rude, especially as the coffee was being discarded! Wasn't allowed to take pool towel to the beach. Explained it was my last day and didn't want to travel 20 hours with a wet towel in my luggage. Got told it was company policy and towels not allowed at the beach!?

Nice hotel, overlooking Kuta beach. Room was nice, clean, big comfy bed. Excellent location.

they did not allow to carry towel to the pool and demanded extra for toilet rolls and towel, worst was excess charge for water ,was told IDR 28,000 for 300ml water but next door we're selling for IDR 6000 for 1.5 lt, table were wobbly and needs changing

staff were friendly and welcoming , attended to any request in quick time, 10% off on food, roof top bar
