Room at front can be noisy at times

Lovely quiet location. Attentive staff. Great having a overhead fan in the room as well. Simple but nice brekky.

Walls paper thin in saying that the couple next door did seem to speak very loudly and it felt like they were in same room.. Just be careful when booking as I thought I booked ground floor room but it was upstairs, a bit hard for our knees but no big deal. Not bad sized rooms but ground floor much bigger.

Great location! Just a few steps from good restaurants but away from the chaos of the Main Street.

Some staffs were a little unhelpful when we needed them. Breakfast- so-so, sometimes we opted the breakfast to eat elsewhere.

Central area, close to everything, quiet and clean. The staff is amazing. I would certainly book again.

Bathroom is old looking, but clean and serviceable

junkung is a great place to stay nice clean pool just behind main street accesible by a very safe lane way if walking breakfast was good not a buffet but enough plenty of hot water excellent wifi rooms had everything you need plenty of drinking water supplied

Staff were wonderful. The guest house, though not new, was very comfortable, in a great location, very clean and cared for and I would gladly stay here again in the future.

Awesome staff who were helpful and courteous. Grounds, pool and rooms were well maintained and clean. Rooms are well serviced with a fridge, kettle etc

Loved this place! Super comfy, great rooms, and the location is spot on — central yet peaceful. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant interaction with the guy at reception — he was extremely rude and dismissive. While I would still consider coming back because the place itself was nice, his behavior was truly unacceptable and something future guests should be aware of. What made the situation worse was an incident with the guest in the room next to mine — an older man who was being extremely loud and making inappropriate, abusive noises. It felt deeply unsafe, especially thinking how distressing this would be for a solo female traveler. When I raised the concern, the receptionist brushed it off, saying, “You’re all the same, deal with it.” I had to insist multiple times and even threaten to leave before he barely acknowledged the issue. It was a very upsetting and mishandled situation. The staff member in question is a younger man with tattoos — and honestly, I believe this kind of attitude should not be tolerated in any hospitality setting.

Comfortable bed and spacious room with nice balcony view of pool, hot water and shower in bathroom was good. Good location and a short walk to restaurants and the beach.

The safety ( we missed $ notes), the service ( almost non existence), quite rude, lack of efforts. The photos on booking.com don’t match the real conditions of the rooms/ property. Very disappointing with the bathroom/ shower wasn’t working properly/ broken so was the toilet. We are extremely disappointed!

Clean, comfortable,quiet and great location. Pool was very clean and great temperature. Very enjoyable stay .

The place was clean and comfortable. Small room but with all the essential, including coffee/tea maker and filtered water tank in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to the main road, but not easy to find as no sign outside and at the end of a very small road not accessible by car. The driver had to stop us outside the indomarket, which is just a few meters walk.

The shower wasn't working properly. I opened the top bit and almost flooded the bathroom as the water was going everywhere. But the small lower part was working fine. Also, a sign to indicate the place from the road would help find it better.

top location in a quiet little lane way with many good warungs close by. very good big rooms with freezing aircon and lovely clean linen and pillows. lovely little pool that stays cool. staff very nice and security is good also. the security was very good and ideal for a solo woman traveller. I walked everywhere. Naksa restuarant next door is very very good. :)
