The bathroom & toilet were dirty & outside the hotel. It can be very noisy, the locker was making noise & people were in and out every hours, not suitable for a light sleeper.

The location is great and perfect for transit for a few hours.

They warn you that toilets are facing maintenance but I was literally walking through a worksite to tea h the showers 😅

The capsules are nice and clean really handy for one sleep at the airport as close to Terminal 3 to catch flights to Yogya for example

The toilets were pretty disgusting and very poor. For the gents there were only 5 toilets which had toilet seats you don't want to touch, and the floors constantly sopping wet. Only two were actually accessible because they other three were full of maintenence items. It would be very easy with the space to have more toilets and separate the showers, and they could easily have stored maintenance items elsewhere.

I thought the pods themselves were spacious and comfortable, and the main area was very clean. It never felt like there were too many people.

Bathrooms were very dirty and not what I expected. I stayed at the Passgo in Bali and it was way better equipmed and taken care of.

Check-in was fast and easy. Staff was very friendly and the pod is very comfortable to sleep in. Internet was fast.

Door mechanism was a bit clunky and pod not at all sealed - so if people are noisy you are going to hear them

Watch out when booking on booking.com Turns out we only booked the pod for 9hours and it didnt say this on booking.com. We had to pay extra at the place to get to stay a whole night.

They're a capsule hotel, so expect a capsule hotel. While some guests are considerate and keep the noise minimal, you may still hear some noises, so if you're a light sleeper, this may not be a good option.

A good and close place (about 7-10 mins walk to from T3 international arrival) to stay and rest if you have another flight the next day. Shared shower area, but pretty good to refresh yourself after a long flight. They give you a locker to store your stuff as well, bigger suitcase will be stored separately by them.

The sound isolation is bad. In the whole night, I can listen other guest open and close their door or even the noise people made during sleeping

The location is perfect, just 1 min away from departure gate. The share toilet is clean and the bed is comfortable.

Entry door, door to toilets and doors on the pod do NOT need buzz audible sound when entering- they are noisy. Bathrooms can do with extra cleaning and a refurbishment.

The capsules are made of not sound proof plastic. Therefore I did not like people fiddling with their luggage in the middle of the night OUTSIDE the capsules, making noises that wake you up. Also the lockers drill-like mechanism is too loud and too close to the capsules.

The door lock of the bathroom got a stack for a few minutes.

My TV didn’t work and the bathrooms were smelly and not very clean. They were clean enough, you can tell it’s cleaned often but the shower drain smells very bad and there were bugs everywhere

The slepping cubicle hadn't been cleaned properly and the shower rooms weren't recently cleaned.

Excellent place to spend an 8 hour layover with hot showers.

They need more bathrooms, I went to the toilet at 3am and all of the bathrooms (I think about 6 in total, all combined with showers) were busy and I had to wait a while. Bathrooms do get a bit messy after a while, but to be expected. I was surprised at how many pods yhetr were - more than 80 in the room I think. Surprisingly quiet, except for the lockers which make an annoyingly loud noise whenever they are opened - request a pod away from the lockers.

Obviously a great location, very comfy lockable pods and separate lockers for bags - any bags that don’t fit can be looked after at reception.
