People were nice and place was lovely

The room was very spacious. Had a nice huge tv, ac, and a beautiful bathroom with bathtub. Had a good time. Unfortunately it was raining outside and we could not enjoy the beautiful garden that they have. Good stay in Ubud. Kind caretakers. I had got an injury and the host immediately gave first aid which i am grateful for.

The bathroom is very nice, as it has a bathtub. But the stones around the bathtub, under the shower have ants. We did see a millipede and a lizard as well. But they weren't a concern. Because the bathroom itself is very beautiful! The house is not in a great location and a little trafficky around. But then Ubud is always like that. There are 2 roads to the house and if you drive by cab, one of the roads can be slightly thin for the cab to pass through. The property itself is great and beautiful though. Would I stay again, yes, cause if you could guide the cabs from the other road then it's easy.

There was no staff when I arrived but a quick call and they were able to check me in The room was very spacious They were flexible with the check in and out time with no extra added cost The room was cleaned everyday, amazingly The bathroom was big and very spacious The fridge leaked on the first day but was fixed up after communicating with the owner

We had an overall pleasant stay at the property. The location is great—peaceful and close to nature—and there’s a lovely café nearby that we really enjoyed

However, I do feel it's important to mention that there is no staff support available after 4 PM, which could be inconvenient for some guests. In one particular instance, we faced an issue retrieving a misplaced item that was still at the property. Unfortunately, we received no assistance from the staff despite multiple attempts to reach out. Same staff member even refused to take our call and instead responded in an unhelpful and dismissive manner. Aside from this, the stay itself was comfortable and the natural surroundings made it a relaxing experience.

Very helpful staff, they helped us look for a lost item even after leaving the hotel, good location outside the busy center of Ubud

The property was very damp walls in the bathroom were wet with damp, and the bed sheets were damp , we asked for a hair dryer to try and blow dry our sheets every night! we explained this to the staff but no manager addressed our complaint, we left half way through stay and booked another hotel for 4 days ! But the staff were very helpful !

The staff were absolutely lovely! They went above and beyond to help. Easy rental of scooters and great value for money!

Huge bedroom, comfortable bed, beautiful surroundings, charming staff.

Great spot next to some tranquil rice fields. There's a chill cafe like 2 minute walk away. Easy enough to call a grab to go into the city when you need. Clean and spacious room.

Great location, not far from the city center but still quiet. Nice staff, nice and clean room. Breakfast is basic but delicious.

There is a construction right next to the place and it is really loud. They started working from 7 in the morning every day which was quite disturbing, we couldnt sleep and relax. The garden and the balcony are really nice, but there is no furniture to sit down so we couldnt enjoy it. Our room overlooked the reception.

They gave us a discount - not as much as we wanted, but still. And the land has amazing energy!

There is construction going on where the rice fields in the photos were - so no more view as the photos promised, they are not reality anymore and the noise from the saws was unbearable :( that’s why we stayed only one night and cancelled the rest with the owner. Also, the rooms, paint on the walls, bath are quite old (and a bit mouldy from the moisture too) already.

The stuff was very accommodating. The rooms are big and the mattress is very comfortable like we like. Very quiet location convenient place not to far from the center (5mins)

Using insecticides like Baygon is not recommended for a good experience we would suggest to use other things more natural things😀

Big rooms, just a 8 minute scooter ride outside of Ubud. Really good hot shower and bathroom. Perfect value for money! We choose the suite and the bathroom was lovely.

Breakfast was really minimal. Bathroom was really nice but it definitely needs some maintenance to keep it good.

Great room size, friendly staff

Breakfast ordered from a restaurant nearby was not good

The setting was great, nestled away nicely in nature and away from the busy Ubud center. No traffic outside. Bed was comfy and the bathroom was stunning, especially the shower! The staff were very friendly and offered to clean the villa regularly. Breakfast was good, I mostly got the fried rice every morning as I am a rice lover. Will deffo return.
