    For a hotel located on the outskirts, it was okay. It was also located within a mall so it’s real convenient.

    The towels smelled musty, as if they hadn’t been properly dried before use.

    Old and wore off. pillow was mouldy (complained to receptionist and they changed it the day after however no compensation was offered. this is a health hazard!), towels were wore off and lose threads (complained to receptionist but apparently they don’t have any proper towels).

    I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism shown by the front office staff at Hotel Ciputra Cibubur during my recent stay. I entrusted the reception with a very valuable personal item, expecting standard security procedures to be followed. Unfortunately, not only was the item wrongfully handed over to another guest, but the staff failed to verify the recipient’s name and room number before doing so. This is a serious breach of trust and reflects a critical gap in the hotel’s basic operational protocol. In any hotel—especially one of this standard—guests should feel confident that their belongings are handled with care and according to proper identification checks. What happened is not a minor oversight, but a fatal error that could have resulted in permanent loss. I hope Hotel Ciputra Cibubur takes immediate steps to retrain staff on verification procedures and implement stricter front desk controls to prevent such incidents from happening again.

    Great location, friendly staff who spoke English which was helpful for me. Good toons and facilities.

    The breakfast on each of Monday and Tuesday morning around 7.30am was odd. Most of the hot food trays were empty and stayed that way until after we left. And each morning the coffee machine ran out of milk while we were using it; perhaps the staff could routinely check the levels every 15 minutes or so. Otherwise, we had a great stay, my fifth time at the hotel.

    location and convenient to the mall below

    cleanliness, small flying insects were flying in the room from the toilet draining outlets, carpet flooring was not clean - rubbish on the floor was still there after days.

    I arrived to the hotel at 18:00 PM but my room was not ready. They told me to wait for 10 to 15 minutes because there were late check out and need to clean the room. Ok, it can be at any time but they have to compensate because I paid for 22 hours, they gave me the room for 16 hours only. They did not want to balance it or gave me any upgrade. I informed them to put this comment in everywhere to peoples knows who will visit this hotel but the result did not changed.

    Connected to a mall, so lots of food options. Breakfast is also pretty good

    Right next to a large flyover highway, so if you have a room facing there, the noise is constant
