The towels smelled musty, as if they hadn’t been properly dried before use.

For a hotel located on the outskirts, it was okay. It was also located within a mall so it’s real convenient.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism shown by the front office staff at Hotel Ciputra Cibubur during my recent stay. I entrusted the reception with a very valuable personal item, expecting standard security procedures to be followed. Unfortunately, not only was the item wrongfully handed over to another guest, but the staff failed to verify the recipient’s name and room number before doing so. This is a serious breach of trust and reflects a critical gap in the hotel’s basic operational protocol. In any hotel—especially one of this standard—guests should feel confident that their belongings are handled with care and according to proper identification checks. What happened is not a minor oversight, but a fatal error that could have resulted in permanent loss. I hope Hotel Ciputra Cibubur takes immediate steps to retrain staff on verification procedures and implement stricter front desk controls to prevent such incidents from happening again.

The breakfast on each of Monday and Tuesday morning around 7.30am was odd. Most of the hot food trays were empty and stayed that way until after we left. And each morning the coffee machine ran out of milk while we were using it; perhaps the staff could routinely check the levels every 15 minutes or so. Otherwise, we had a great stay, my fifth time at the hotel.

Great location, friendly staff who spoke English which was helpful for me. Good toons and facilities.

We know for sure we left our hanger in one of the 3 rooms we booked and that it looked similar to the hotel's hangers. So we asked if maybe the staff may have mistook it as hotel's hanger and check one more time, but the hotel staff insisted that nothing like that was found.

Staff ware friendly during checking and accommodative to flexible breakfast time to be sent to rooms.

I like the cleanliness and room size and facilities inside the room. The breakfast were good and enough options to eat. Location are link to the mall with many options of caffe’s and restaurants

Cleanliness and freshness of the room should be better than it was when I checked in the room smell dusty, and upholstery of the chair was a bit tired.

The location is next to the mall , easy to found the foods, banks and the staff's from the hotel were very friendly and helpful, the room clean , roomservice were 24 hours. The hotel is very comfortable.

The hotel windows are not insulated - I had a bad night in the hotel because of the road noise and the sounds of the motor cyclil were very annoying, as if they were with me inside the room.

The most annoying thing is the loud noises coming from my neighbor's room, it was 1 am and I can still hear their laughs, which made me unable to sleep for a while a minor annoyance is that the receptionist didn't know that I already paid in advance, even though I showed her the confirmation email coming from the hotel, so took some effort in explaining.

I think the location is really good since it's adjacent to the mall, and it's also super near to the toll to Jakarta. The swimming pool was also really good, it's clean and has a nice view.
