Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. AustraliaThe bathroom needs a deep clean and a makeover. The water pressure in the shower was non-existent. The wifi is a bit hit and miss.
Quiet little hotel tucked away in the middle of Jalan Bisma, with everything you could possibly want at the end of the lane. Clean and very spacious room with great aircon and fridge. Pretty garden setting with a cute pool. Pleasant staff and a basic but adequate breakfast.

This is a conveniently located resort in Ubud with large rooms, large beds and a pool. The breakfast is freshly made and you can have on the small balcony in your room or by the pool. The staff are helpful and kind. Would recommend.

The surrounding is very quiet except birds and crickets chirping. Room is big with jungle view. I enjoy my breakfast at porch every morning. The pool is very clean with fresh water. The location is in downtown with many restaurants and shops. Walking distance to money forest and palace.

Staff are gentle, smiley and lovely. The TV was not working properly and a staff tried to help but failed, then he got someone else who fixed it. There are movie channels if you can figure out how it works. I like the frogs' sounds. And the squirrels running along the wires.

SingaporePancake batter can definitely be improved. At the moment it is too thick, and coconut milk and pandan leave juice should be added to the batter to make it more fragrant. I would not order the pancakes for breakfast they way it is now.
Second stay at Arimba at Bisma. Yes, it was good enough to come back again. It is a bit far to walk out to the main street Jalan Raya, but still walkable. It is quiet enough at night for a good sleep.

AustraliaMy pillowcase on the first night of my stay was significantly stained and I could not use it. No hotel phone in the rooms to use in order to contact reception. No TV only youtube access. Pool towels not easily accessible (have to ask staff for towels after every swim). Construction site next door to hotel (noise at times)
Lovely garden and pool area really felt like an oasis. Large room with very easy pool access. Was able to upgrade our room during our stay to a bigger room away from the construction view. Friendly staff. Quiet and laid back hotel Amazing location near so many great restaurants, cafes and spas. The value for money is great so would definitely book again.
