The single toilet was in the bedroom. And the living room which offers a sleeping couch didn't have curtains.

Very noisy walls. You can basically hear every fart from the neighbors through the walls. And a lot of light switches didn't work. Couldn't turn off the pool lights.

Lots of mosquitoes although we were not ever bitten. The glass doors rattled a bit but we just put something in the runner and that stopped. The shower was nice but you have a rather large step up into a big bath tub.

Loved the villa, was perfect for a little get away, bed was amazingly comfortable, however it didnt have a doona. Only a flat sheet. pool was perfect for cooling off and the location was good.

The villas need maintenance. Some power points and light switches not working, when plugging in our devices, the powerpoints came out and had exposed wires. Got an electric shock off the kettle and portable fan. Aircon needs regassing in some rooms and filters cleaned. Ceiling fan was covered in dust. Bathroom and toilet need cleaning behind doors. Problems with centipedes, ants, and mosquito's (geckos are part of Bali environment) this is due to doors not closing properly, which allows for the insects to get in. The glass doors are heavy to open as the guides have deteriorated, which also allows the doors to constantly rattle. Villa rules, no noise after 9pm, three nights this was not adhered to by other guests, very roudy and music blaring. Mon 28th, maintenance workers in next villa had their music blaring. Cat poo in main walking area to villas not cleaned up and stunk.

The staff were VERY accommodating, bent over backwards to help you. Breakfast was always presented nice and in time.

A bit hard to find Villa Complex- no signage on Kresna? We needed maintenance to look at Front entrance door as it did not open or lock The garden lights are reliant on the external light switch from outside Villa to be turned on so once inside Villa you could turn on garden lights. It was very annoying that someone from outside the Villa was constantly turning it off. Who- no idea! We stayed in 5A - it had an adjoining pool to 5B separated by angled slithers of blocks at pool water line. Above that is a private wall for privacy- you do not see your neighbors . It is private wall not totally attached. Pool came with LED crazy Christmas coloured lights which on arrival we requested to have turned off. Neighbors can be loud, seem to only stay 1 night, got excited doing bombs into pool which overflowed from their side to ours. Not only in the pool but also the paved area in the courtyard. There is a constant water noise from either a spa or fountain in a nearby via on same side- non stop. Great that there was a full kitchen, but now where near enough cooking utensils. We bought what we needed. Purchase extra mosquito spray and coils as there are a lot. Be aware TV- no local stations, you are required to already have Streaming Services. Otherwise use someone who has previously stayed in Villa and have an account still active. Very disturbing!! We needed to purchase extra garbage bags. Hair shampoo, conditioner and body wash not really to our standard. We bought new, so BYO.

Great location to where we needed to be. Liked full kitchen with separate sinks and large fridge freezer Nice pool. Excellent aircon in kitchen living and bedroom bathroom Staff are friendly Nicely landscaped courtyard around the pool with 2 deck chairs, large umbrella, glass table with 2 chairs Great housekeeping when you need it.

Rusted front door lock of the unit 10 B. Loud party by the front door for few hours till I called the office to complained.

Too busy. Next door rooms can hear everything you say. Glass sliding door for main entry very loud. No security to main living area as there was no lock.

Staff very friendly and nice, hired scoter there. Very private had own pool. Clean. Breakfast you picked in the morning and was delivered at your time you indicated. Temperature of water for shower could have been better.

But ... things that could have been better: - Breakfast could be improved, the Indonesian option is probably the most flavorful and filling, while the other 3 options could do with more protein. - Mosquito sanctuary; the way the place is designed. The sliding glass panel to the living room has about 3 inch of space between the railing and glass; so mosquitoes will definitely fly in, regardless how many bottles of repellent you spray. Our stay of 4 nights, we finished 2 bottles. They always reappear (largely because the hotel is next to a river) - Room design, wished that there is AC in the living room. It's really hot during the afternoon. - Room design, the AC in the room could be placed better. The whole trip, was sweating in my sleep because the AC air was blocked by the retaining wall that separates the bath and the room. - Water; for some very weird reason the water here leaves a sheen of oil. Or either it does not wash off body wash very well. Whether it is washing your hands, body or hair with your personal shampoo, it just doesn't go away.

We definitely enjoyed the quietness and how secluded it was from the main touristy bits. The highlight was actually the local food options one road behind the hotel. The staffs were attentive and helpful to recommend some of the food locations. Our favorite part of the place is the feeling of having a place to ourselves. Would recommend for couples on a budget and want to hideaway from the touristy places like Legian road.

The only thing to fault was the outdoor pool lights & garden lights were not working. But do understand if that particular villa was in the process of being fixed up.

The staff were friendly and genuinely cared for your well being. Spacious rooms, cleaned daily. The breakfast was way beyond my expectations. So worth the money.

The location was disappointing, 30 minutes walk to the beach. The street was narrow and busy, and walking was difficult. And the neighbourhood was a little grungy.

The whole place was run down. Rusty table legs, vanity in bathroom falling off the wall, toilet not connected to the floor, outside chair was literally falling apart.

The location isn't ideal. There was a laundry 40m away, but no convenience stores nearby. If you book, make sure to ask for a back villa. The front villas are on a major road and it's very noisy 24/7.

we had no water on and off for 2 days as there were issues. however the staff did their best to get it fixed and where very apologetic.

The shower was a little hard to deal with as it was over the bath and would spray water all over the floor when used. but we managed. Other than that, we had no other issues.

The property was situated in a quiet location with good access to all that we needed including shops, restaurants and beaches. The facilities were excellent and the staff superb. Any problem or enquiry that arose was dealt with courtesy and efficiency. We found the room more than comfortable with the facilities, especially the private pool just what we were looking for.
