AustraliaWe did request a high floor, but we only got the level above reception (i think it was level 3 from memory). My husband is a surfer so he would have liked a higher floor to check the surf in the morning (hopefully next time). The bands playing nightly at the resort were fantastic and we loved them. They finish around 9pm, so the room could be a little noisy if you were just chilling watching a movie, but we just sat on the balcony and enjoyed. But just something to think of if you like to go to bed early.
Breakfast was amazing with the most beautiful views across seminyak beach. Staff couldn't do enough for us. The pool was beautiful, plentiful sunlounges so you never missed out and people weren't "baggsing" sunlounges and going off fot the day which was great. Binair the pool attendant was so lovely and was determined to do everything possible for us to enjoy our time. The room was fantastic, so huge and well appointed. We really appreciated the twice daily room clean. Such attention to detail. Can't wait to come back.

From the moment you arrive to the time you leave, the whole experience is just amazing and so satisfying The staff are professional, friendly, kind and always welcoming you with a smile. So accommodating and helpful. All staff from the restaurants, reception, pool area, spa and housekeeping were very attentive and almost knew what you needed and how to help you The hotel position is brilliant- walkable to shops, cafes, gelato, the beach is on your doorstep and easy to secure transport. We just loved our stay and will be going back soon

Rooms are very big in size and sea facing rooms have beautiful views. The staff is very helpful and they prepared breakfast dishes as requested. We are vegetarian so for the eggless pancake dough we requested and they accomodated.

AustraliaHaving travelled extensively around the world - we both agreed that the team and the service at the Grand Seminyak Hotel was next level, possibly the best we’ve experienced. The team went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The setting is beautiful and in a great location and the attention to detail with cleaning, food presentation and the service overall is excellent. A big shout out to Binar, Nova, Nia, Yuli, Arya, Dharma, Pera, Vina, Mang Tri, Trysa, Widya you all made our stay special and we won’t forget you. The Moonlite restaurant view is beautiful at sunset and the electric violin performance was something we’ll never forget. Suksma Grand Seminyak Hotel team! Stephen and Caitlin.

AustraliaThe rooms were a little tired in places, however it was minimal for the size and offerings of the room. The foyer looks like it needs a refresh. It is apparent that remodelling is happening to some of the rooms, so this may already be part of a plan.
The service provided by staff was fantastic. Request were attended to immediately. The pool area and lounges were great to spend the whole day on while having a view of the beach. Security and staff were present at all times. Breakfast was great with buffet and a la carte, and the coffee was Melbourne standard. Dinner upstairs was a bonus for sunset and view of the beach. Day spa massage and staff was great. Very relaxing stay.

Saudi Arabia- Non hotels guests can use the pool - should not be allowed when limited beds anyway. - Not all the rooms were up to standard/good value for money. I paid for a pool view and ocean view (more expensive) and the pool view was much better. Ocean view was only on level 2 and obstructed by a tree overlooking next door hotel. Hotel should only be charging full rate for ocean view if on level 5 with no obstructions - Breakfast & Room Service was average. - Issues with payment at check in caused additional credit card charges
- People were very friendly and helpful - Gym & Spa was excellent - Location on beach superb - Dinner menu very good - Maintenance came to room for a few issues but were very quick and attentive

United KingdomJust an opinionated view, but it would have been great if the yoga sessions included were daily. Although we stayed there for 4 days (3 nights) we were only able to do yoga once. Would had been fantastic if there were more days available for it.
The staff went the extra mile to ensure we were well received. The amenities are great, the rooftop at the top makes you wanting to not leave the hotel at all.

United KingdomThe toilet took about 3 flushes for the tissue to go down. Things were a little dated however it didn’t matter because the service was OUTSTANDING. It would be nice to see more vegetarian options on the dinner menu.
We booked the pool suite and our room was massive with a private pool shared with 3 other rooms (but we were the only ones who used it), a jacuzzi, living room and separate dressing room / walk in wardrobe. The service from ALL staff was outstanding. Sayu was amazing at taking care of us. We also had a few massages at the spa and Adi, Ayu and Sandriani were fantastic!!! Really recommend. The room and facilities were super clean.
