Very comfortable accommodation. We liked the delicious food and gracious host. It’s also a 10 minute walk to the train station. I’ll stay here again when I next come to Sopron.

Spacious apartment within easy walking distance to Old town. Easy free street parking out the front. Friendly host and good breakfast. Freshly made scrambled eggs was good.

I know the description on booking.com pointed this out, but still, some version of the elevator would be useful... The stairs are quite steep.

Very helpful owner, spoke good German and English. Excellent breakfast, freshly prepared according to guests' choice. Close to the centre, city bus a short walk away (for those who don't want to/can't walk).

Everything was fine!

It is a lovely place situated a little bit outside the city center. Room was spacious and comfortable, with a balony and a bathroom. Trees around and a little garden. The Host / the Owner is a super-nice person. The breakfast was great, including some home made things like yogurt and marmalades. Just next to the Pension there is a small park with playground, a good spot if you are travelling with children. The Soporon itself is definately worth seeing, and the Pension is just a short walk from the old town.

We were disappointed in the breakfast. It would have been nice to have fresher bread and they ran out of muesli.

Very spacious room with comfortable beds in a quiet location. I hurt my ankle so I needed a wheelchair. They were able to find one for me to borrow so that we could see the city. We were so thankful and that was very much appreciated!

This older inn with modern updates is well located in a residential area of Sopron within an easy walk to the city center. The owner was very friendly! The room was spacious and clean, and the included breakfast was delicious!

Everything is as described and seen on pics. Very spacious and extremely clean room. Confortable bed. Convenient and quiet location. We stayed for one night and would choose it again fot longer visit. Breakfast is served by ovner. Classic continental. Delicious hommade jam. Good espresso. Owner is very experienced frendly and polite.

Truly exceptional. What a gem. Sopron was the penultimate stop of our interrail trip and this lovely hotel rapidly rose into our kids' top picks of the whole trip. Clean, spacious, well-kept, everything in excellent condition. Lots of space in the very nice airconditioned family room for four. Fridge was stocked with drinks on arrival. Hallway had lots of reading material on Sopron. Very good breakfast, with several types of tasty bread, all sorts of condiments (the homemade fig and marillen jams are great!), omelettes made to order, plenty of choice for everyone. And all this for a very reasonable price. We would not have been surprised if it was 50% more, it would still be good value. The very friendly 76 year old owner told us they'd been running the place for 40 years and only recently closed the restaurant to have a bit more rest in the evenings (the restaurant is still used for breakfast). Checking in was easy thanks to the keybox. As we were travelling out to Vienna on our second day we were allowed to store our luggage in the common room. Location is just behind the station and at walking distance from everything. There is also a nice park just before the hotel. Strongly recommended especially for families.

Stairs to room somewhat difficult with cases

Fresh and modern. Met by host and shown to room. Room spacious clean and comfortable. Had airconditioning. Host provided lovely breakfast in the morning.
