I like everything, and I stayed twice in the hotel during my journey.

1. Location is perfect. 2. Front desk people are awesome. Easy check in and check out. Patiently answered all questions. 3. Room- perfect. spacious, clean 4. Breakfast is different every day and fresh.

Location is in the centre of everything. Restaurants cafes and bars outside the hotel. Clean, comfortable beds, super helpful staff and friendly. Air-conditioning. Ask for slippers.

Perfect hotel at great location with many restaurants on that road. Super modern, clean and new, great industrial decoration. The panorama suite was amazing, extra spacious with a big balcony and nice view, had 2 bathrooms with amenities and coffee machine. Everything felt luxurious and comfortable. Breakfast really tasty and in a very nice area inside and outside. Personnel polite and helpful.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Budapest. The staff were very friendly, kind and dedicated. Our room was clean (we loved the scent they use - beautiful but not overwhelming) and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of food and fresh pastries.

A few small points for improvement: the rooms do not have a phone to contact reception, and the cleaning could be more thorough. Although our room was cleaned daily, one day we found the door left open, which was disappointing. It would also be a nice touch if slippers were provided. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and with a few small adjustments, it could be perfect.

The hotel is beautiful, with a very interesting design and stylish decoration. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the middle of restaurants, bars, and all the main sightseeing spots. The staff are very polite, always ready and willing to assist. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of pastries, breads, fruits, yoghurt, salmon, and more.

Wi-Fi connection was poor or average at best on the 6th floor where I was staying. High-speed Wi-Fi should be available throughout all areas of the property

Excellent location near the St Stephen's Basilica with great selection of cafes & restaurants. Good breakfast providing a variety of choice. Room & bathroom was spacious offering adequate space

Wish the buffet area would be a little bigger, can get a bit crowded during breakfast rush hours, but not a big deal.

It is in the Center of Budapest with lots of Restaurants and bar’s nearby, also sightseeing and shopping is only a few steps away. the staff was helpful every time we had a question and last but not least: the beakfast is a blast!

It would be better if the bar would remain open in the evening.

The breakfast was very good, with a really nice breakfast area. Great location, right in the center, on a street with restaurants, a couple of steps away from the St. Stephen cathedral.

The glass panel next to the glass entry door was not properly mark, I ran int it, and broke my glasses.

I felt the price was high for the quality of the room…thin walls and voices carried.

Breakfast was very good, but if someone had trouble climbing many stairs, they could not enjoy the breakfast. There was no lift to get up to the floor either from below or above….just the stairs to climb to the next floor.

The hotel was clean, nicely decorated and well located. The breakfasts were very varied and there were gluten free croissants, cakes and breads for my coeliac daughter. There is an honestly bar at reception where you can get tea, coffee, drinks and snacks. We really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—right in the city center and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. There are plenty of restaurants nearby offering a wide range of cuisines, which made dining out very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Breakfast was a highlight—delicious, fresh, and with a great variety to choose from. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!
