Only minus was we thought it would have Aircon. In the end it didn't matter as we kept the windows open and it cooled down really well.

Beautiful olde-world setup with antique furniture, much appreciated air-con, lovely staff, basic but varied breakfast options. Brilliant location in a really beautiful (and quiet!) street and a couple of minutes away from Fishermen's Bastion and Mathias Church. We'll definitely book again when we return to Budapest!

The ideal location. The historic building. The friendly hosts. The quiet beautiful neighborhood. The convenient proximity to the most beautiful views in all of Europe.

This place is a hidden architectural gem in a quiet beautiful historic neighborhood, just ever so very slightly off the beaten tourist track, but only by a tiny bit. Walk just a few steps and you are in the middle of everything. This really is the ideal location. If it is available, it should be booked immediately without hesitation.

Squeaky single beds that made noise every time we turned over. Our room didn't have as much character as some of the photos of other rooms. Not a huge variety of breakfast items each day...every day was the same, but it was sufficient. I wish I'd stayed down the hill closer to the river. No blackout curtains.

The decor of the venue was nice and full of character. Quiet location. Having breakfast available was a plus. The lady at the front desk was very helpful in looking up some information for us.

The mattress was a little too hard.

Beautiful building and original furnishings. It felt like a real taste of old Budapest. Very large, comfortable room with an extra large bed. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. They were very knowledgeable about the city and beyond and were more than happy to spend time giving advice and help.

Great location, parking easily available, bus close. Interior from other times, like in a museum. Breakfast was good, a lot to choose. Definitely coming back!

Breakfast was a big let down. Just boiled egg and toast with some sides. Especially in Budapest one expected great Breakfast even from an average hotel. Rest everything was as expected.

The breakfast menu can be improved. A couple of products were outdated.

The location of the pension was great, it was 3 4 minutes walking distance from the fisherman's bastion. The bus stop is very close. You can reach everywhere by using bus 16 and 216. The personel was very kind, everything was perfectly clean in the room.

I really appreciated the attitude of the staff. The hotel was warm and cozy, and the breakfast was delicious. I also want to highlight that there are many attractions nearby. Within just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, you can discover some of the most beautiful parts of the city.
