Very noisy at might with doors banging when people are coming in and cleaners are very loud in mornings too. Too many stairs to climb .. they were a killer.. plus no air con in the heatwave but there were fans thank god. I found ants eating my crisps after an hour of letting them down

The only downside is that there’s no lift, so you do have to walk up three flights of stairs. Not a big deal for us, but something to keep in mind.

We stayed here for one night and had a really good experience. The location was amazing, really close to everything. There’s a Lidl just around the corner, and you can walk to most of the main sights, but the metro is also nearby if you need it. The room was nice and comfortable. We had a shared bathroom but had no problems with it at all. Towels were provided, and the kitchen had all the basics like utensils, a microwave, and more, which was really handy. Check-in was simple. Even though there’s no reception on-site, we got all the info by email beforehand and everything went smoothly. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re visiting Budapest.

The window from the room faced the hallway, and there was one shared toilet for several rooms, the walls were thin, so everything could be heard from the hallway and the bathroom, but otherwise, everything was great.

The accommodation was clean, the room spacious and well-equipped, and the bathroom as well. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the landmarks. There are restaurants and dining establishments were close to the accommodation. There was no reception, but check-in could be done through an app. Brief instructions were sent by email and were easy to understand. Quality > price :) I’ll definitely use this accommodation again when I go to Budapest.

Registration is done through a third-party app, where you are required to provide sensitive personal information, including passport photos for both you and your companion — something to be aware of. The door to the room has frosted glass. While it doesn’t allow full visibility, silhouettes can still be seen quite clearly from the outside, which may feel uncomfortable. Adding a curtain or cover on the inside would make the room feel more private.

The room is quite spacious and feels comfortable — it seems it used to be part of an apartment and has now been converted into a separate guest room. The beds are comfortable, and the mattress was of good quality. Towels provided in the room, a bathtub with a shower, and shower gel were provided. There is a shared kitchen and a combined toilet/shower just outside the room. It works fine, though in the morning it might be occupied, so it’s good to plan accordingly. Check-in is smooth. You receive the door code in advance, and the key is stored in a lockbox right outside the room.

Kitchen needs some decent maintenance, the cupboards were quite in a rough shape. Bed was creeky, it didn't give most reassuring feeling to sleep on it. Flat is in third floor, to which there are lots of stairs... lift is also not there... after a day full of exploration, it can be quite annoying going up all those stairs just to reach the room.

Great location, just a stone throw from Deak Ferenc Square. Decently spacious and comfortable room. Very swift and convenient check in experience. Wasn't a fan of installing yet another app just for that though.

The ants were not really a problem but should still be dealt with. There could be a little bit more furniture in the room, like a chair and small night stands next to the bed.

Prime location in the city center. We were allowed to check out 1 hour later. Apart from the ants and some flies, everything else, especially the shared batheoom is clean. The shared kitchen has a fridge, microwave and a kettle. There is even an iron for clothes if needed. With Genius discount, this is a good affordable option if you want to stay in the city center.

The bathrooms are in a deseparte need of renovation (mold). I understand the price is low but still - the bathrooms were below modern minimum standards

Very slow wifi, you can hear everything in the bathroom and other rooms and you are very unlucky if the family next room has kids.

Location is great, room nice and comfortable. If you have no suitcase then 3rd floor is fine because the location is great!

The check-in is annoying. One has to download a specific app to do it, which can then be just deleted... A website would be more handy... The shared bathroom has a dormitory feeling and is not the cleanest, although it was okay. The french bed has separate mattresses and there is a hole in the middle, which can be annoying for couples.

Location is amazing! Rooms were nice and clean.
