We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

HungarySome of the rooms are in a separated house, you need to cross the parking lot to reach the wellness. No electric plug around the bed. Friendly but amateur staff. Food is enough, but mediocore and refill is slow.

United KingdomWe had to book this room for 1 night after Ryanair cancelled our flight at 10pm. Despite the night manager being unable to speak English and we were unable to speak Hungarian, he booked us in with help from Google translate and booked our taxi for 6:30am, which arrived on the dot 👍. Was very much appreciated on a very stressful night.

RomaniaIt was dirty in the room and along the halls, the room was like a rat house , no space around the bed, very hot inside, no air conditioning in the room , although on booking it is advertised that they have, spider webs inside the room and on the coridoors, extremly poor breakfast on the first day and average on the second day. Booking should check these kind of hotels. I don't recommend it to anyone. A lot of money for poor accommodation.

unfortunately nothing. I am travelling a lot but it is the first time I have seen the poorest breakfast. either we had or not, I do not say anything. because only coffee, bread and one type cheese. that's it.

Czech RepublicThe hotel is very old and you can see everything is end of life, it needs renovating. Room was not cleaned properly, the bug net was broken. Mold and bugs in the bathroom. Shower holder broken. Front desk lady was very lazy, couldnt make invoice right even on 2nd try and was very annoyed that I even required anything. Very loud parrot on the hallway combined with no soundproofing - you can hear anyone just walking anywhere in the hotel. No english spoken in the hotel. Breakfast very poor but refilled.
The accomodation location was convenient for my needs. Breakfast bread was fresh.

Czech Republiceverything will be better if the hotel also make some changes in the accommodation. We were staying in room number 9 and that room should be closed and offered to the guest till they change the bed and the mattresses . It was so bed it was almost not possible to sleep even for the person who is tired from long driving .please do something with that bed and mattresses
Property has a nice location , close to the highway and it makes to be really good for sleepovers for long driving . Garden is nice and has a lot of additional stuffs and also the property has own parking and your car is on the safe spot . restaurant also is nice and has a good portion of meals for good value of price .

SlovakiaWe have been notified about wedding happening only 2 days before the stay. That was after the money was already taken from the account, and I doubt the property knew about the wedding only 2 days before it, but they moved us to silent area in the end, so all was good.
Perfect facilities, spa-like wellness with outside pool, very nice area which is really pleasant to stay at. Very nice staff that has moved us to more silent rooms because there was a wedding happening.
