Our rooms faced very noisy road with cars clanky over grids in road.

Breakfast was very basic but ok , we didn’t get to the beach so can’t comment on this, rooms had very basic accessaries no coffee or tea making in rooms,

Coffee was even stronger than ekspresso. The staff could have been friendlier - when heading to breakfast and asking where breakfast is served, we were told that it is intended only for hotel guests. When asking for a bill with the company's details, we were told to come back in the morning and everything would be arranged. But in the morning we were also refused, because they couldn't issue it related to Booking deposits. We were asked to send the information for the bill via email. We hope that everything will be alright.

The beach closest to the hotel, the worst in Split Hotel breakfast very poor. We arrived around 9 o'clock, there was almost nothing, the dishes are not filled after eating, even though breakfast lasts until 10. The room is very small, there is no hair dryer, you have to ask for it at the reception, there is no fridge, so in the middle of the heat we couldn't cool drinks, there is no safety deposit box for valuables...all in all, it is not worth the cost

Check in one hour earlier The room is unlocked with a key, so you don't need 2 cards, one to left to cool the room with air conditioning

the room had a couple of stains on the floor, the walls were scratched and unkempt there was no hair dryer in the toilet

the facility was in an excellent location with a wonderful view of the sea, a very cheap taxi route in any direction, the staff is friendly and very accommodating The breakfast was okay, not really big, but it's enough for breakfast

Overall the price charged by this hotel is not fair, it feels remote and quite empty, you must take a bus to get to the beach, breakfast was okish, staff was not very nice!

    1. I went to the waiter from the hotel bar to ask her to help me open a bottle that I bought from a store, she did it but it the same time she laughed and started talking in her language pointing at me, very uncomfortable, neither teenager do that. 2. When I made the check-out I asked them if I can leave my luggage for few hours because my bus was in the evening, all set and done, also I asked at the reception if they can put some personal documents of mine safely (because luggage was somewhere not that safe, that’s what the women from reception said). I have placed my documents in a random paper, I had my ID card and a Credit Card and of course I did not wanted someone to check them. When I got back to take my stuff they handed me the documents without the paper. What could make me think they did not took my credit details and they can use it as they want? Why in the first place would they get the documents out of that paper. Now I blocked that card, I cannot use it. 3. When I got back in the evening to take my luggage I asked at the reception if I can go to the bathroom for 2minutes before I go. She said she doesn’t know where it is, downstairs to the left but she wasn’t sure, she sended me to the waiter, the waiter started talking in her language, nervous, very rude I think, like I have asked an unusual question .. actually I just said a word ‘bathroom’ I thought she would understand, but she sended me back to the receptionist. The women from reception, again, a bit nervous.. what is wrong with my I want to go to the bathroom and I made the checkout already, no? She came and walked with me where she thought the bathroom was and pointed me to some ‘mark’ but I couldn’t see.. she was in a hurry and very disturbed.. ‘you see, you see..’ no, I couldn’t see but I went downstairs to look closer, no bathroom mark, no bathroom at all. After you make the checkout you don’t exist for them I would say -1 stars for personal and 2+ stars for the room.

breakfast was ok, the view from my room was ok

Arrived around 9pm to find no restaurant. Nothing in walking distance but used a taxi. On return, bar was closed, could not get even water to take to room. Hotel seems popular with school groups.

Only stayed one night, coming back from islands to be near airport. Room was fine for the price, as was breakfast.

The room was not satisfying at all and neither was the hotel itself. The breakfast room had an incomplete ceiling where there was dust and unsightly piping. We arrived late and there was no way to obtain drinking water and we were instructed to drink the water from the faucet.

The receptionist at check in was really helpful with transferring our bags to our room and even switching our room to ensure we had 2 beds.

Very simple accomodation: - I booked with sea view. They informed on reception there's not available. - Room 358 - the key of door doesn't work properly to open/close - Curtains small for cover all window. Lights come inside early morning. - Not abajour near the bed for reading/soft light - TV doesn't work. There's no program to watch. Even News or some movie to relax mind. - I booked Double bed. And they put me in two separate beds together. Mentioned that don't have available. But I choose on system. Why not available? - Breakfast - any option of good bread. It seems old and write dry flavour. Really not good.

Location. Shower it was okay. Clean.

the hotel's former grandeur hasn’t quite translated into the present-day experience. The basic rooms and outdated amenities can definitely detract from the charm, but they also add to the place’s character in their own way.

A hotel from the 1970s with a state-owned, Communist-era design must have a unique charm. The splendor of the past combined with elements like stained glass and expansive spaces probably gives it a very distinctive atmosphere. It’s like stepping into a time capsule where the grandeur of a bygone era still lingers.

Falsely advertised - hotel was very old and run down, nothing like pictures on booking.com. Stated restaurant but was only open for breakfast (very poor offering for breakfast - dried out eggs, flies on fruit) mouldy smell throughout hotel, was dirty and bathroom had mould. Shower holder was broken, mattress was putrid and very old and could not contact reception by phone as line was disconnected. Would not recommend.

As soon as you walk in the hotel smells of smoke they have a huge smoking room near the reception and the smell is all over the hotel. It's very dated and feels like a ghost town. Much of the corridors didn't have AC so it was very stuffy. The breakfast is so basic and didn't feel fresh at all ans not many options. Also I couldn't buy any drinks not even bottles of water at night I did get tap water but I wanted bottles. The "double bed" was 2 singles pushed together and the bathroom was small.

This was the cheapest option for a last minute booking but still I feel over priced for what it is. AC in the room worked.

Arrived at reception with young chikd at midnight after delayed flight halfway into checking in the staff walked away and dealt with another guest who just arrived and spoke the language. Then gave those guests my key by accident, realised 20 mins later and tried to get me to go in the room the men had just been in. When i refused they offered another room upon entering room the beds had been slept in with dirty bedding. Went back to reception, got another room, found blood on one of the bed linens. Hard beds, window jamed open with a knife so no security. Brrakfast in the morning very poor and limited choice, would not return.

The lady on reception in the morning was very friendly and helpful on check out

Got to hotel and couldn’t open room door staff told me all locks had been changed so there always having this problem. beds in the room were not made we had to make them ourselves. Balcony door was left open so the room was roasting warm. Room was also filthy and obviously hadn’t been cleaned before hand as we found philadelphia cheese on the balcony. Hotel is near the beach but nothing else no shops or anything.

I got 2 single beds beside each other , however I preferably pointed out on my reservation - 1 single double size bed. They were alloved to provide me with both options , though. I knew it, so I didn't mind, afterall .
