Very elegant hotel, centrally situated for everything. We chose a room with sea view which was worth it. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast and as we were leaving early on the ferry to Venice, they prepared a breakfast box for our travels.

The only small concern was the sun umbrellas were a bit flimsy and susceptible to detaching in moderate winds - this happened to other people twice during my stay . I don’t think some people were securing them properly but that can mean other people nearby risk injury. I think there is some work going on in an adjacent building that will be a future part of the hotel (former casino?) . So will be great when that is completed.

Generally speaking, while we had a positive experience,!I feel the hotel is expensive for what you get/ is not value for money. It feels a bit dated. It has a pool which is great but it’s a bit drab, overlooking a concrete carpark and a part of the hotel which looks like a big grey container. The flooring of the pool also seems to be coming away, so it felt to us more like a pool that you used for survival in the heat rather than somewhere you wanted to wile away time. We had a family suite and the shower in one of the rooms was leaking and flooding the bathroom.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. The staff were very helpful, in particular in helping us get laundry done on a same day basis without extra charge.

The staff were very friendly and the property was clean and area around property was very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast but felt it was a little limited in variety. It was exactly the same day to day - particularly the hot food.

Not enough staff at the weekend in the restaurant and bar area. Staff that were there were working really hard to accommodate everyone’s needs but there needed to be more staff to be efficient

The parking and shuttle situation. On the parking spot is no sign indicating a relation to this hotel and it took me several tries to reach the hotel by phone in order to get a pick up. They did apologize for the inconvenience- it was still a frustrating experience. I think a sign on the parking spot would help a lot.

I didn’t mind small room-but it doesn’t correspond to the price as obviously it is old building and bathroom is added-small bathroom and making room smaller. I couldn’t get a/c to work. If there is an option to use it, regardless of weather outside-slow your guests to use it. But most importantly, something was buzzing constantly. I think the safe (which was locked when I arrived-I didn’t want to bother asking that it is opened for my use), and the a/c system was buzzing as well. I would have enjoyed the sounds of the sea but I couldn’t because of other noise. The room should have menu in and more information on Porec. The menu doesn’t give a lot of option for those who don’t eat sea food. Wish there were more desserts-maybe it is different in season.

Location is really good with access to promenade and old town. Staff is very polite and ready to assist. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to check spa.

Everything at the property was great. Some aspects of facilities were a bit worn, but staff helped to take care of issues right away. They were friendly and took great care of us. Especially Starko. He was great.

The bed mattress was soft. Awoke with a back ache. A firmer mattress would be helpful. The front desk staff were quite friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel, great location and walking distant to old town. The views from the hotel dining room and pool area are beautiful. The dining and room staff are friendly and helpful. The spa was very relaxing after a long day of bike riding.
