The warm friendly welcome. The room is really clean and comfortable. The shower works great. In-room amenities are well equipped. The location is unbeatable. Only a few feet away to do a morning swim in the sea, and to the best ice-cream shop and good restaurants. Lastly, they also drive guests to the hotel or bus station.

Casa Vittoria is located in one of the most picturesque streets in the old town. The position was excellent and our room was clean and cozy. Kristina and her husband were also the best and kindest hosts! Totally recommended.

Since it’s a traditional old house, you can hear footsteps from the floors above as the structure creaks when someone walks. Occasionally, it can also get lively outside at night, but both are minor issues and part of the experience of staying in a characterful home in the city center.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Since cars aren’t allowed in the old town, they arranged a pick-up and drop-off with a transfer cart, which was a great help. The guesthouse is a charming traditional Rovinj-style home. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was fully renovated and spotless, and everything was very clean. Daily cleaning was available. There’s a communal espresso machine and cutlery, and a lovely seating area outside to enjoy breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at Guesthouse Casa Vittoria. Kristina and her husband are amazing hosts – very kind, welcoming, and attentive. The guesthouse is perfectly located right in the old town. Kristina met us at the parking lot and drove all four of us with our luggage to the guesthouse in their electric golf cart, which was super convenient. The rooms are beautifully renovated and decorated with great attention to detail. There is also a cosy communal area where you can have a coffee (there’s a Nespresso machine both in the room and in the shared area) or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. We booked two double rooms and felt completely comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. We would love to come back again.

Beautiful traditionsl guesthouse located in the old town within 100 metres of the harbour and all it's amenities. Our room was on the second floor and was very clean and well equipped.

It was a lovely room and location. Liked the fact it was a former family home. Found it helpful being able to have enough space plus having a fridge so we could prepare our own breakfast /lunch as well as eating out at the excellent nearby restaurants. Kristina was super helpful and friendly too .

It's a family business run very professionally. The room was cleaned every day, with clean towel, new coffee capsules and tea bags. Location is simply perfect for a vacation in Rovinj.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and renovated. Since we had a car, the owner kindly guided us to a nearby parking area, then picked us up in a golf cart and brought us to the hotel — such a cute gesture! The location couldn’t be better — close to everything you might need. The owners are absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to help with anything we needed. Definitely coming back!

I was met by the owners of the home, given a place to park outside the old city, helped with my bags both when arriving and leaving , and learned about their lives. The place was comfortable, quiet, and centrally located. It had a sitting room on the ground floor for coffee and drinks. I would definitely go back there. Darvin and Kristina are excellent hosts.

Beautiful, large room with everything you would need for your stay. Location was amazing. In the middle of everything, yet very quiet. A pleasant, scenic 10-minute walk away, the parking is super convenient (and worth it to be able to stay in arguably the best location in Old Town). Kristina is a fantastic host!

Nothing about this charming Old Town house, in which her husband grew up, that’s not to like.

The property is perfectly located in the ‘Old Town’ of Rovinj. Kristina kindly met us at the secure parking and shuttled us the 5min drive into town. The property was very well appointed and extremely comfortable. In fact, the perfect base from which to further explore the town -we had returned having previously stayed outside the Old Town- and simply didn’t disappoint! Kristina was on hand when we needed her advice and all her restaurant recommendations were great! The shuttle back to the car, which we didn’t need being in the town only 2 days on this occasion, was also very welcome.

Nothing. We did have to go up some narrow stairs to the room. No problem for us but if stairs are a challenge you might struggle.

The rooms are large, clean and stylish. The fixtures, furniture and bedding are first rate. The bathroom was outstanding. We had a car. The owner directed us to a parking lot near the town, picked us up in a golf cart and took us to the hotel. Easy and convenient! The location is perfect if you want to be in the Ild Town. It’s close to the action but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful The owners are great. The husband grew up in the home, refurbished it, and named it for his mother, Vitoria.

The location was in the heart of the old city. The proprietor was an excellent communicator. Pack light, there are quite a few steps up to the rooms, but they posed no problem for us.

The hosts are so kind and made sure we arrived smoothly with clear instructions and shuttled us and our bags to the guesthouse. The location in old town is perfect. The room and bathroom are very spacious and comfortable. Has a lot of nice character. I would love to stay again.

An incredible location in the heart of Rovinj! The guest house is gorgeous, very clean, and beautifully decorated. We loved sitting at the table outside the house at night to relax and take in the sights of the city. The host is wonderful - they were so kind to provide parking and give us a ride in their golf cart and help with our luggage. Definitely recommend staying here!

For some people it can be noisy in the night as in some restaurants they play music until late. But we weren't disturbed much.

It was a great stay at Casa Vittoria nothing to add. Kristina and Darvin are very friendly people.

Charming rooms location right in the middle of the old town. Best part was the free parking and the ride offered by the owner. She was so kind! The bathroom was huge and appeared brand new. Air conditioning worked well. Lots of thoughtful touches like the coffee machine and milk, bottled water, and chocolates! We also liked the common lounge area downstairs and cafe tables outside. There is also a cute coffee/wine bar (Trevisol) where you can get breakfast close by.

Very large room with a good ensuite. Fantastic location right in the heart of the old town. Kristina was a brilliant host with good recommendations and she also helped us from and to their private parking space outside of town. The property has been in the family for a long time and it was a privilege to stay here.
