Well located for a one night stop over in Split. Host was very responsive and made it a great stay.

Handy apartment very close to the old town. Well equipped with almost everything you need. Host was very accommodating and allowed an early checking which was great after getting the ferry from Ancona.

The front door opens straight onto the street like a lot of places in the area. We had some tourists invite themselves in as they got the address wrong of their own place.

The apartment is very well-located and clean. Josip, our host, was very helpful and quick to respond to anything we needed. We loved having the option of self-checking, and the instructions provided by the host were accurate and easy to follow.

loved the location, the shower/ kitchen facilities were great, good wi fi there was everything we needed and everything was of a good standard and worked! Josep was really accessible and helpful with us settling in.

I am so lucky to find Josip's big and modern apartment located short walking distance to old town and green market. The kitchen is facilited with plenty of kitchenware set which is great for preparing breakfast. The beds are very comfortable. On the check in date, Josip was so kind to offer a pick up from the Flixbus station and helped with our luggages. He spent close to half hour to explain everything about the flat and give wonderful recommendation on sightseeing and dining. What a great host!

The sewer odour in the bathroom from the drains can be unbearable and needs to have professional assistance.

Very modern and well-equipped apartment in a perfect location. You can reach the old town centre in less than 10 minutes. Josip was so kind as to let us park in the spot where he had parked his car, so we didn't have to pay for parking. Josip was very nice and gave us tips about visits in Split and good restaurants nearby. We only stayed one night, but if we come back we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

It was a full apartment with 2 bedrooms, Kitchen, Bathroom and a living area, It was provided with all the facilities needed, TV, fridge, hot plate, microwave, washing machine, iron box,.... Located almost in the center, walkable distance to center, beach, Railway station, bus stop, supermarket.

Our host was very kind and helpful. The apartment was well located and very comfortable. Loved the special lights in the bathroom. I think it was very good value for money.

There was nothing about the apartment that I didn't like.
