Great stay, great location, friendly hosts.

The property was lovely and had all you needed in one space, it was clean and the shower was good, ante and his wife was extremely helpful and very welcoming on arrival ! Was super clean and the bed was really comfortable with the good air con, balcony was great and just right for what we needed :)

Everything. The host is super friendly and speaks English. The apartment is close to Split center and in a very safe neighborhood. It was clean and well equipped.

Everything was perfect. The host, Ante, was very friendly and responsive, and we always had interesting conversations. Great location, right outside the walls of the old town, so it was not noisy but still very close to everything. The apartment was clean, cosy and had everything necessary, including a nice balcony. The wifi was reliable, which is important for me as I often had to work. Right next to the apartment there is a nice family owned café, where you can have a nice coffee or drink, but it closes at 3 PM, so there is no noise at night. And the cherry on top was that I could use the private gym, which is small but very functional. Great value for money, for what you get the price was more than reasonable. Definitely recommend

Property was in a perfect position a couple of minutes walk from the town and port. Apartment is compact, clean and modern. Balcony a nice bonus. Owner very helpful.

The bathroom is tiny and could be a problem for larger people.

Bathroom really small

Ante was a lovely and friendly host and even let us leave our luggage in a safe place before check in so we didn’t have to cart it around! Apartment was clean and comfortable and in the perfect position just outside old town walls. Very quiet for the location. Bed was so comfortable!

Close to restaurants and port

We were greeted by our host who was very friendly and helpful. Explained how to use the utilities and provided some recommendations. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was a little compact however it had everything we needed. The washing machine was great (a couple washing pods were provided). We utilised the hairdryer and kitchen. The bed was so comfortable and the area was quiet at night. Aircon was amazing after a hot summers day. The location was great just a few minutes walk (5-10mins) to Diocletian’s palace & old town plus the Riva. About 10-15 mins walk to the ferry port/bus station. At first the area seems a little run down but we felt very safe and loved the location. There was a cafe next door which closes in the evening which was great for our morning coffee. We did arrive a little earlier than check in time and he stored our luggage while we got a coffee next door. Would love to stay here again!

Review split The location was fantastic - only 2 mins walk from the entrance to Diocletian's Palace, and in a quiet residential area. Above a cafe-bar that is open 9am-3pm so no evening noise, very close to supermarket for essentials. Easy and short walk from the Port (we arrived in Split from Hvar Island) Exceptionally clean apartment and everything provided that we could need (even a tray of ice in the freezer!) The bed was super comfortable and it was lovely to have a shady balcony to sit out on. There is also a private outside terrace downstairs which we did not use. The apartment is compact but the layout perfectly designed for making maximum use of the space. The furnishings are of a high standard and it was great to have some basics (tea, coffee, sugar, toiletries) provided. We only stayed 2 nights but it would be easy to stay much longer in comfort. The apartment felt very safe and secure as well, with a locked gate from the outside space and two internal doors that locked. Our host Ante was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English too, and even organised our trip back to the airport personally. Fantastic base for a stay in Split!

There was nothing we did not like!

Great location, very close to the golden gate entrance to the old palace. Compact apartment but very comfortable bedroom and it had every thing we needed for our stay, including a nice balcony for having a drink outside, which was one of the things that attracted us to it. Quite unusual for apartments that close to the old town. Very amenable and responsive host. Very good value for money.

The aircon and dehumidifier weren't very strong in the living room, but that didn't really impact my stay too much.

Super Clean! Terrace was awesome! Adjoined a cafe for morning coffee! Close to Old Town but not in it!

Small Bathroom

It's a self sufficient apartment. Very clean and spotless apartment. Ante was there to brief us on the apartment. He is very friendly and helpful. The bed was the best so far in the accommodation we stayed in. Parking is at a public car park next to the building for a fee. The location is very central. Close to all the attractions and away from the crowd and noise.
