The free breakfast is small: four half-slices of toast. And the AC doesn’t work.

The beds were clean and the location was good. Room 9 is especially spacious. The beds are comfortably large.

The power port to plug my laptop blew it up so be careful when plugging things in. Also we noticed other guests got better breakfasts than us, perhaps there was a reason for this but we thought it was strange.

The staff here are lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy and it was a short walk to the city centre.

extremely thin towels, when drying you need to be careful not to tear them. the room left something to be desired. the fan was extremely weak and the breakfast was simply: coffee. two toasts and jam (ps: the hotel breakfast is different for booking customers)

very helpful and polite staff and excellent location.

The breakfast was ok but a bit meagre. Just 2 small bits of toast and jam with coffee. You can have more but it isn't included. There was no outside space to sit. The cheapest rooms are damp and dark which is ok for a night or maybe 2 but we were there for 5 nights so upgraded. The new room was lighter and not damp so we were much happier. You get what you pay for. No coffee making facilities and anything extra, you have to pay for apart from water.

Hector who is the main man, looked after us so well and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. He was worth the price of the room alone and does an amazing job with what he has got. The hotel is fine. Location is good and is secure and safe.

The bed was not very comfortable.

They keep the place very clean. Staff was kind & tried to help as much as possible with any questions. The hotel is just off the main street, so it is pretty quiet but still only a minute walk to the shops etc.

Only only thing i didn't like was the check in time. It's to late for me after a long travel. I would like to settle in and take a shower 🚿. 12:00pm would be more appropriate for individuals over fifty years of age.

The location was excellent 👌 . In other words prefect location quite, peacefull. I am already planning my next visit to Copan and staying at hotel 🛏️ Rilosalila .

We slept badly both nights. Either because of the noise from the street or because the staff was talking loudly or playing on their phones close to the room window. We had the cheapest room and it was in the basement area. Also, the interactions with the staff were awkward and they didn't salute us unless we did it first. They didn't tell us about the included breakfast and I'm just seeing now that it was included. I'll try another hotel next time.

The location is good and the price is great if you are travelling on a budget.

On arrival we paid for our room but reception didn’t have change. We had a great stay until the last morning when we went to pay the bill for the additional breakfast costs. The staff had forgotten they owed us money and there was an awkward exchange where the staff became quite insulting. It left a bad taste after a decent stay and we left without eating the ‘free’ breakfast as we needed to catch a bus

The temperature in our room was cool which was great after Nicaragua. On suite and clean.

The staff only speak Spanish (I get it im in a Spanish speaking country) I can speak a little bit they speak very fast and don't really try to help by slowing down or repeating themselves, I'll use Google translate but they wouldn't unless I handed them the phone and asked them to use it Also breakfast is between 8-9 so if you're taking a bus you'll miss it

Our first night the room was very hot but the hosts offered for us to move to a room with air con on the second night

    - Quite noisy. Traffic goes past hotel which rooms look out on. Rooms also look out on communal area and you can hear people and staff talking at night. One night there was music playing on repeat from about 4am. - Not bad but if you’re leaving early for a bus, let the staff know the night before as the gate is locked.

+ Location good as walkable to town and is not far at all + Hammocks on roof top + Hot shower

The breakfast that was included was very average - was expecting a bit more that a piece of toast and some sort of marmalade. . Had to pay for our stay in cash as card wasn't accepted, which wasn't very convenient.

Good location, in walking distance to main square and the archaeological site. Beds were comfortable and room was basic but can't complain.

On my last afternoon a ton of moths flew into my room under the door. I don’t know why. Luckily the man heard the commotion and brought spray to kill them which helped but it made the air hard to breathe. The breakfast is just jam and toast.

nice place, helpful staff even with the language barrier, my room was in a semi basement which was nice because the temperature was cooler. There’s some hammocks upstairs which is nice, though I didn’t realize until my last night.
