We loved everything!

This little gem is tucked away behind the best restaurant, Argentinian Grill, on West Bay. This was our 3rd time staying, and it didn't disappoint. It's a 30-second walk to the beach, rooms are clean, staff are amazing, and have a wonderful sense of humor. Shout out to Jonathan, Xavier, and Vanesa! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. We won't stay anywhere else~

This property was exceptional. There are only 9 rooms which makes it very quaint. It's walking distance to the beautiful beach. The staff have been extremely helpful throughout the stay. This hotel is very unique. I would highly recommend

Nothing it was really great. Stinks when cruise crowds come but it is VERY brief and the pool is set back so it won't bother you if you stay off the beach chairs for a bit.

The property was JUST as described, very beautiful and clean with island charm. We would recommend to other travelers and families with children. The room was VERY spacious and the kitchenette was wonderfully convenient for cleaning bottles and overall with the kids. There is large balcony where you can see colorful parrots! The beach is white sand and beautiful clear water. The pool is very island chic, think hidden paradise, authentic vibe. Recommend the empanadas and the breakfast at the grill, part of the Hacienda.

The only negative is we didn't want to leave.

This is our second time staying here, and we won't stay anywhere else in Roatan. You can't find friendlier staff, the rooms have unbelievable views, the food is incredible and it's right on the best beach! They have kayaks, beach chairs, and umbrellas to use.

Couldn't see the beach from our room (#8 at the top) but that was due to the trees having grown up in the last few years. Otherwise it was fabulous!

Everything was fabulous! Food and staff were superb, Julio the security guard went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of with beach chairs, umbrellas, adventure trips, anything we needed!!! All the staff were exceptional and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and that we had everything we needed to make our trip perfect!

Do not go during holy week, like we did. Too busy.

The week was a busy one, holy week, which affected our stay. Breakfast was very good. Could not eat in the restaurant easily, too busy. However, this hotel is set back from the beach, and very comfortable. Pool is nice, could be cleaner, but a good respite from the crowds. The beach access is great. Added items like kayak and canoe were good. Chairs on the beach were comfortable. All in all, great value for the money.

There was a lot of mosquitoes in my room.

1.Property was right on the beach 2.Staff were very friendly and helpful 3.Pool was a bonus especially after a long day on the beach 4.liked that there was free breakfast available even though it’s not much but it was filling. 5.The room was big and a lot of space and the tv had a lot of stations in English that I would watch back at home so that was a plus 6.The kitchen had everything and it was clean Would definitely stay there again

The pool needed some more attention

The staff was friendly, breakfast included was very good and the location is great, easy access to the beach. The hot tub was amazing

The TV remote did not work and a light bulb in the room wasn't working either. The towels provided in the rooms could use some renewing because the ones we got were ripped in several places. The bathroom door in the room was difficult to open and close.

The location is kind of secluded, so you won’t be able to explore anything else unless you hire a cab or a car. Gumbalimba park is about 20 min walking, that’s about the only thing. Also my understanding is there is a very narrow checkin timeframe, I was lucky enough to arrive within whose hours

This is a very nice retreat, has a pool and direct access to the beach. Restaurant on the property. Perfect for a nice and quiet beach week.

We loved everything! The pool and sauna were right out our front door. They even had a book closet.

We liked all the staff for their positive attitude and willingness to assist. The location was perfect for direct access to the beach, use of their free kayaks, and all beach activities. We loved the amazing breakfasts that came with room, and dinners were impeccable!

The wifi was spotty in our room...it didn't really disrupt us too much.

My wife, child and I stayed here. We loved it! The pool was amazing and the location was just right for relaxing, beach filled days. The staff was AMAZING and the restaurant is probably the best one around. I highly recommend!

I paid for an ocean view room but the Coconuts trees were too high that I could only see a little bit of of the ocean but I didn't care because I was just steps away from the actual water so it's good

What is not to like...this place is fantastic. From the moment we got there they picked us up at the airport ,.the people , the food, the beach, the pool... I loved when the hummingbirds will come to the Bougainvillea right outside the balcony l the Coconuts leaf moving with the rhythm of the ocean breeze..thid i mention the Argentinian restaurant.. have to try to key lime pie it's delicious Definitely going back again next year amazing!!!!!
