This little gem is tucked away behind the best restaurant, Argentinian Grill, on West Bay. This was our 3rd time staying, and it didn't disappoint. It's a 30-second walk to the beach, rooms are clean, staff are amazing, and have a wonderful sense of humor. Shout out to Jonathan, Xavier, and Vanesa! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. We won't stay anywhere else~

We loved everything!

This property was exceptional. There are only 9 rooms which makes it very quaint. It's walking distance to the beautiful beach. The staff have been extremely helpful throughout the stay. This hotel is very unique. I would highly recommend

The property was JUST as described, very beautiful and clean with island charm. We would recommend to other travelers and families with children. The room was VERY spacious and the kitchenette was wonderfully convenient for cleaning bottles and overall with the kids. There is large balcony where you can see colorful parrots! The beach is white sand and beautiful clear water. The pool is very island chic, think hidden paradise, authentic vibe. Recommend the empanadas and the breakfast at the grill, part of the Hacienda.

Nothing it was really great. Stinks when cruise crowds come but it is VERY brief and the pool is set back so it won't bother you if you stay off the beach chairs for a bit.

This is our third time staying at the property. We’ve been back 4 days, and I’m already looking at dates for next year. The staff was incredible, the rooms spacious.

Friendly and helpful staff. Arranged travel to/from the airport easily for us. Clean rooms. Breakfast was great. Central location along West Bay.

This is our second time staying here, and we won't stay anywhere else in Roatan. You can't find friendlier staff, the rooms have unbelievable views, the food is incredible and it's right on the best beach! They have kayaks, beach chairs, and umbrellas to use.

The only negative is we didn't want to leave.

Location is good, staff very attentive, restaurant on site, breakfast included, close to the beach, small hotel, pool right outside your room, kitchen in room, loved the tropical style of the hotel.

Rooms very basic, thin sheets, no toiletries, only a tiny bar of cheap soap, cheap toilet paper, would have loved to know before hand so we would have brought our own, its expensive to buy there, facilities need maintenance, jacuzzi tub heater does not work, grounds need cleaning, no room service, have to pay tab daily. Price is comparable to nicer places for less amenities. LOTS of mosquitoes! Bring loads of mosquito spray, we used cans of it. Flies are bad. Lots of vendors right outside harassing you, takes away from the peace of the place.

The property is very pretty with thoughtful pavers everywhere and lush landscaping. The Argentinian Grill (Restaurant on site) was delicious. The included breakfast was a nice portion. Staff were supper friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean, but would have been nice to have a comfy chair or couch (there was room). Kayak were a nice bonus.

The bath towels were stringy and had holes...definitely need an upgrade. The beach towels provided were different color bath towels (small). Cleaning person threw dirty bedding on top of my clean clothes. Pool needed to be cleaned our entire stay, so never used. We were disappointed guest were not provided filtered water. It was impossible to use the beach chairs on the days cruise ship people arrived. Seems like guest should have some priority.

Everything was fabulous! Food and staff were superb, Julio the security guard went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of with beach chairs, umbrellas, adventure trips, anything we needed!!! All the staff were exceptional and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and that we had everything we needed to make our trip perfect!

Couldn't see the beach from our room (#8 at the top) but that was due to the trees having grown up in the last few years. Otherwise it was fabulous!

The week was a busy one, holy week, which affected our stay. Breakfast was very good. Could not eat in the restaurant easily, too busy. However, this hotel is set back from the beach, and very comfortable. Pool is nice, could be cleaner, but a good respite from the crowds. The beach access is great. Added items like kayak and canoe were good. Chairs on the beach were comfortable. All in all, great value for the money.

Do not go during holy week, like we did. Too busy.

There was a lot of mosquitoes in my room.

Located on a beautiful, white sand, but busy beach, where you could snorkel off shore. Staff spoke good English (90%) and Spanish, and were generally very helpful and friendly. Island felt safe with mostly honest and hard working people. Many stores and restaurants walkable on beach. Weather consistently warm and sunny with a nice breeze. Argentinian grill had excellent breakfasts included. Food there was very good, but prices were same as the USA. Air conditioning, mini kitchen, and room darkening shades were a big plus. landscape and pool also a make it very pleasant. Nice garden view on lower level worked well. Had a one nice road trip run by xperience Roatan-Kevin. Roatan people were fun to meet and talk to.

There were penned dogs across a small road that barked all the time when anyone walked by which was often. It was a big problem as they woke us up and prevented us from enjoying sitting on our front porch!! This could keep us from coming back. Get rid of them!!! Major things worked in the rooms, but general maintenance was lacking such as lights that didn't work, the pool was somewhat dirty, smell of sewage from side of our room only sometimes. (which was also right next to the dogs- number 2). I would recommend bringing earplugs a noise maker and staying in a different room. Also, the days the cruise ships came in, our beach sold chairs so that 40 additional chairs lined the beach. When the cruise ships come in West Bay and the island just get too busy. My husband and I both had food poisoning. We did not eat fresh vegetables or go to food vendors, so we are not sure how we got it. He was quite sick for 36 hours. Can't drink water, but bottled is plentiful and cheap. Roads are busy and not great. Driving would be manageable once you got familiar.

The pool needed some more attention

I liked the size of the room, the shower in our bathroom was great, the AC worked really well, the foos at the restaurant on site was good, the breakfast that was included was good, some of the staff were super polite, some rude

The overall maintenance of the hotel was really poor, the 3 umbrellas at the pool area were broken, the jacuzzi had so much chlorine it made us sick,there was garbage left behind for days

The TV remote did not work and a light bulb in the room wasn't working either. The towels provided in the rooms could use some renewing because the ones we got were ripped in several places. The bathroom door in the room was difficult to open and close.
