Great view and very friendly staff. The location was also good - a bit away from the main strip so nice and quiet, but an easy 5 minute walk to everything. Good shower and wifi. Breakfast included :)

Could have used an additional towel in the room, or at least have them swapped out during my stay.

The property manager is a sweetheart. She'll go out of her way to help you find and book activities around the island or any other thing you need? The location is pretty good. It's about a 10-minute walk to where all the bars and restaurants and stores are at..

The location was great, the view from the pool, ocean access to snorkel, onsite bar and restraunt, friendly staff

The view from the ocean rooms was great, we were right above the bar and it had a little extra deck space that caught the wind amazingly. The AC worked great, there was a fridge for storing our food leftovers and drinks and the showers had great water pressure. Breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were less comfy .

The rooms weren't very well insulated from noise. While the area is very quiet you can hear your neighbors and the people above you walking around.

The staff were friendly. It was ok for one night.

The air conditioner really struggled to keep my room cool, especially the bathroom since there was a window in there that doesn't close. My room was rustic but the bed was tolerable and there was hot water. It was a bit of a walk in the heat and humidity to get to the West End.

Great staff, always incredibly pleasant and nice to talk to as you check in and order drinks. The accomodations are lovely and the pool was definitely a highlight

All of the staff were fantastic! I have never received such wonderful customer service in my life. They made you feel like part of a family. Dania and Leslie were the ones we got to know the best.

Leslie the front desk receptionist was really nice. The hotel was by the beach. Bed was comfy

Roach running around in my room. That's a no no. Spoke to manager about it and she dis nothing about it. As a matter of fact, in the morning ahe asked me.if I saw the roa h again. She said they fumugate . How do we know that true or not when a palmetto bug- roach running around.

The place is amazing! Really beautiful complex, with a nice pool, beautiful view, right by the ocean, you can go snorkeling, 2 really cute cats and guatusas, at the moment there are not a lot of guests so it was very calm, always a lot of space, could lay wherever. The owners are a very sweet family, they were super hospitable, we tomd them we are vegans and got a very good vegan breakfast every morning, location is also amazing, a little outside of the town, quiet but you can still walk there in 5-10 minutes and it is windy, which is very helpful in this heat.

The price compared to other accomodations was very good bur overall i think it is still way too expensive, but this is the island itself its super expensive

Great location, tucked away just enough that it was quiet, but a 5 minute walk to everything you need. Pictures were spot on, the pool was beautiful. The staff were VERY kind, helpful and beyond warm. I felt like I was home.

I absolutely adored the view from the hotel room, it was gorgeous. The air conditioning was also fantastic. The staff were friendly, patient and very generous.

The bathroom has next to no ventilation so that window had to stay open or else it was a sauna.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is small but yummy. No beach here, pool. 10 minute walk to great public beach. This place is the end of the island, literally. Highly recommend this place. No night noise from the west end's bars.😅😎🤪

Everything was perfect. I stayed there 2 nights and had to move somewhere cheaper, as the price were raising for the weekend. After talking to the manager she told me she could arrange something. She was so nice! When I checkout she told me I could come and visit and enjoy the facilities. Is good to know that when you visit their restaurant you can use the infinity pool. Sor sure, next time I'll visit Roatan I'll book there. I stayed at 4 different places on the island and as backpacker Lands End is bit more expensive but considering that you have free breakfast hand the location is in West End ( no need to spend for transportation). Also everything is clean and pretty compare to what I got in other places. Yes some cheaper but really run down and far from West End. I also had a room that could sleep 3 so at the end really affordable. And so quiet, you don't hear partys or cars noise, just the sound of the waves.

Half the price of other places. Pool was reasonable. Pictures fairly represented the room, though they were clearly touched up with a good filter.

Bed was horrible. I've stayed in many cheap hostels and only remember one worse bed. I bet it was a cheap mattress 15 years ago and age has done it zero favors. There is no sound isolation as the doors have air vents cut in them and the walls are porous.
