The “all inclusive” was not that. It was one cardboard paper of drinks and one for food that you could eat. It was very limited. The buffet restaurant was only available for breakfast and then we were limited to the “all inclusive” list for lunch and dinner. If we knew that’s how it was going to be, we wouldn’t have got it. It was only worth it for the drinks but not the food.

The property was nice and clean and the beach was beautiful. Staff was nice and accommodating.

The deco in the rooms is a little dated

The facilities are absolutely fantastic and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Being down on West Bay is simply amazing. The best beach and the entertainment was very nice. Ms. Danery Fisher was so nice and accommodating to our needs that we felt almost like being home.

Honest opinion, the all-inclusive is NOT worth it. We stayed 4 yrs ago, that's why we came back. They had more variety. Bit disappointed on that. Staff was ok, but until I made a complaint, then they really showed great customer service skills. I think for all inclusive paying that amount should be more choices . Food was ok, but they could do better.

The apartment was very nice . Lovely area . Nice bartender girl who was excellent can't remember her name. She was always at the lunch time. Very proactive and bubbly.

Furniture needs updating. In general for the price of the room- $300 US per night- this should have been at least a 4 star property. TV could have been larger for the placement.

The pools and location are excellent. The bed was firm. We loved having a full size refrigerator with an ice machine. Breakfast was always a buffet and very good. Good wifi.

The reception staff was not helpful in finding solutions. We received our room an hour late, and their response was simply, “Just go sit and wait, as we can’t do anything.”

The only negative was that our flight home was not until 5:30. I asked if we could have a late check out, maybe 2 hours later- they charged me $50 plus tax. I thought that was a little excessive.

Some of the staff can act a bit snobby towards different races visiting the hotel. If you are going to party, this is not the place. It’s very family oriented.

The biggest challenge is the beach vendors. While I understand they are trying to earn a living they are relentless and it does impact your experience. One day Security did chase some away but this did not happen very often. I did notice that some of the other resorts on the beach did not have this problem and because of that my next stay will probably be somewhere else. That part of our stay here was significantly impacted by the vendors. Cruise Ship passengers are able to get a day pass and I think because of this the vendors frequent this location more. The room we rented was as described in the booking. Very clean but needs some updating-couch is very old and not comfortable. The bed was the hardest bed I ever slept in which was not great. It would have been nice to have had a washer/dryer but I knew that it did not with the booking.

Property is very nice. Great location and spectacular pool. Beach access is great. They have chairs for guests right on the beach. You have to “claim” your chair early to get a good one on the beach or by the pool-really depends on where you want to sit. The offer plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas also there are plenty of tables and chairs around the pool. Staff at the resort were awesome. We had an issue with water in the shower our first night and they came quickly and fixed it. The breakfast that is offered each morning is excellent. The pool bar staff are superb. Overall A++ for the staff.
