good note breakfast was great.

I had hip surgery and had to walk up a steep incline, then when I checked in I had to walk up 2 flights of stairs, I get in the room it was so small, the bathroom was good, but I had no bath mat and almost feel when I got out of the shower, I needed to iron my pants but couldn't find anyone to get one so I had to wear wrinkled pants, the dog next door kept me awake, the Rooster as well, men were talking, so loud at 3:00 in the morning, my husband and myself did not get much sleep, I had a reservations for July 12-13 I canceled, on a good note breakfast was great.

Outside looks nice

Airco was not working. Staff was rude during check in. During the night we noticed the guard was drinking alcohol while on duty and he was armed as well. Bed was not comfortable.

The room was too small for that price expensive.

In the picture looks spacious but ir was too small, no closet, no where to hang the towels.

I liked that they offered my dad the room on the ground floor, when they saw he used a cane to walk. And that room was very nice also. The room was just like the photos and what the hotel offered.

Me and my husbands room was another story. It was an isolated room apart from the hotel, with no working TV and no internet . The staff member apologized and gave us a small reimbursement and when I asked if he had another room , he said they were all full ( understandable) .

room was clean and comfortable. Secured parking, very nice breakfast .

There was no Netflix or Prime service even though it was on the remote. In the last 2 hotels I stayed in both had English Netflix available. The internet connection was very bad. t would just drop out after a few minutes, would not connect and pretty much useless.

The staff help was invaluable, the front desk gentleman always wanted to help in any way possible, and the kitchen staff and even the gardener were kind and nice.

I could not sleep well, there were farm animals (roosters) crowing since 3 am

The breakfast was fresh and you can tell that it was made with care and the little patio was cute.

The parking is not easy and a little bit far away from the hotel entrance.

Good value, clean, comfortable and my favorite was the beautiful garden where you can observe many birds

There is no front staff after 7 PM and they are a bit inexperienced.
