There were loads of beach chairs to accommodate cruise ship people coming for a few hours during the early part of the day. I can't imagine what it would be like if all of the chairs were filled. The location is at the end of West Bay. The restaurant menu was not very interesting and was priced high.

We were given an early check in and a complimentary birthday drink! The casitas are away from the bar and beach area which was nice. Lots of parking available. The sand around the units was raked regularly which was nice for sand flea control. It is a fair walk to the end to Infinity Bay for snorkeling, not too far but something to take into consideration if you aren't into beach walking. The restaurant next door with the pier was great and a good value. Their is a ROA market on the beach very close to purchase drinks.

The shower could have been cleaned better and the water was backing up. A coffee pot in the room would have been nice.

The room was great for what I needed and had a refrigerator and water cooler. The shared deck had a great view of the beach and ocean and had hammocks. The location was nice, at the end of the busy beach so more private. There is a lot do to in this area with restaurants and bars, paid activities, and wonderful snorkeling right off the beach.

There were a few features that were outdated and rusty but didn’t really bother me.

The location was amazing, the view, I could see the ocean from my bed and listen to the waves.

Room needs a little maintenance: broken glass block at foot of shower, broken toilet paper dispenser, patio door lock broken. No fire extinguishers to be found. Pool was small and not attractive.

We had a room on a second floor overlooking the beach. Breakfasts on the patio (use the kitchen to make your own, hail a passing-by banana bread or pineapple vender, or carry up from the restaurant) were gorgeous. Inside our room's A/C was strong and so appreciated - boosted by three ceiling fans and another floor fan. Clean room and beds. Helpful, friendly staff. Easy access to beach (steps away) and short walk to other sites and activity venders. Onsite (3rd party) activity vender booth had lower prices. Good value. Office managers were - Miranda and Emily - were amazing.

The last night of the stay a possum size mammal broke through the ceiling of the kitchen around midnight. It hid in the bedroom until chased out through an open door. The animal defecated through out the bedroom and bathroom. We were unable to sleep that night. One of the occupants got an infection from the animal.

The room was so dirty with a sewer smell. Unable to cook meals as only a fry pan. Killed cockroach before bed. We covered drains for sewer flys. They rent beach chairs so packed like sardines. 4 boomboxes all playing at once you couldn’t enjoy the beach on some days. The office didn’t care

Foster's is more concerned with renting beach chairs and space to cruise ship visitors and could care less about the people who paid to stay at the resort. The staff is NOT friendly and even Foster himself was grouchy and not welcoming. I would NOT recommend this resort (pay more and stay at a much nicer resort on West Bay Beach like Mayan Princess or Bananarama) and would NOT consider staying there again. The person attending the bar/restaurant was too busy playing on her phone and would not give us the time of day. We ate all our meals at the other resorts (and had great experiences). Also, the hot water did not work--cold showers only. Notified the staff and nothing was done. Maybe hot water was an extra cost? In summary, a very disappointing experience.
