“We have travelled a lot around the world, and this is our favorite hotel of them all! We have been there twice now already. The hotel is evidently managed exceptionally because everything runs perfectly and all staff in all the areas treat the guests exceptionally, with professionalism and kindness. Best spot on the beach where you can see turtles and rays if you head out snorkelling, and the breakfast and dinner are wonderful. We love it! We will be back.”

The staff is beyond exceptional, each and every person went out of their way to make my holiday experience memorable and comfortable. Very peaceful as set back from the beach by about 100 metres. Great facilities and just a 2 minute walk from the beach front.
Beach club pass included at San Simon (part of Mayan princess) which was about a 5/10 minute walk along the beach front which was a lovely walk, even with small children. The pool was great and staff were so lovely. Apartment was brilliant and had everything we needed and loads of space. Wasn’t clear when booking but breakfast was included and there was daily cleaning which was a nice surprise.
