So limited space and no electric kettle

The room has more space than i imagined, fit all three of us with 3 huge luggages and 2 small luggages along with the things we purchased in and out daily during the stay. There are soace under the bed too to keep the luggages, so it won't block the way. The toilet is compact but is sufficient. Just note that the water temperature is unstable, so we have to struggle a bit during shower time. The window is small but actually the view is nice to capture livelihood in HK. LOCATION IS GREAT, just nearby Jordan MTR convenient to go to all places. Walking distance to Miu Gai

The location is very good and convenient, but the hotel has no front desk staff, only cleaning staff, so I suggest that after booking successfully contact the hotel to get the electronic password ~ The room is clean, the building is a little old, the wifi signal is very good, the TV cannot be used, or I can not use it ~ The landlord is a very warm-hearted lady, she can give you all the help you need. Luggage can also be stored for free after check-out.

The price was Good. The room was clean. The owner is professional and did what they should do. Check-in time on booking.com was 14:00, but when I was there I was told it was 15:00. After my explanation, they tried their best to find a room for me. Advice for consumers: contact the owner in advance, get to know the passwords, otherwise you won't be able to enter the building

1. No window. It wasn't made clear during booking. Luckily I only booked one night. Booking.com needs to make it a clear rule - if a room has no window, let people know 2. Neither the TV remote or the AC remote was working (room 202). They should be both replaced, to be honest. 3. The walls are soundproof, but the doors are not. So bring your ear plug if you are a light sleeper. 4. The shower head is not fit into a right position. You have to stand in a strange position to get a shower, i.e. between the wall and the toilet

Great location; close to subway, bus stops, food and stores. Easy to walk or ride to all touristy sights, also very easy to meet up with local friends and finding things to do.

1. The place was self-check-in, which was not indicated anywhere throughout the booking process. There was no information provided for check in or accessing the establishment. I arrived at the building and found a sign on the front door where I was instructed to download an app, add the business as a contact, reach out to inform the business that I arrived, then waited another 30 min before anyone responded. The whole check in process took about an hour. Even if I didn't arrive from a long plane ride plus bus ride from the airport, having to stand outside of the hotel for an hour waiting to be let in was unacceptable. 2. The air conditioner was very weak. The room had no window at all, and the AC barely delivered. When I brought this up through the recently downloaded app (no in-person contact at all), the respond I got was "no one complained before, you're the only one". Needless to say, nothing was done. 3. The WiFi was slow, and extremely spotty. I kept losing connection throughout the night while I was making travel plans for the next day. When I once again reached out, I got "sorry there's no other option", while there were at least 2 other WiFi selection under the same hotel name. Overall disappointed. Will not choose this location again.
