    The location was perfect!

The lady at the front desk is unfriendly. Never greets customers and never smiling.

Vve Vve Hotel is close to an MTR Station, Kowloon Park, many restaurants, and shops. Using Google Maps and a photo of the entrance, it was fairly easy to find the building and elevator up to the hotel. The hotel uses WhatsApp and sends a lot of information after checking in, such as accessing the front door and room using keypad codes. We also had a quick rundown of the room switches, such as one for the hot water heater. Wifi worked fine. The room used its limited space well. An outlet above the fridge had two USB plugs plus a regular outlet with a drawer that appeared to be lockable, though we weren't provided a key The in-room air conditioning worked well, almost too well, but the temperature is easy to adjust.

Our room was small, but I was prepared for that. Both beds had a thin mattress on top of plywood, making them uncomfortable. The full-size bed was also short for a tall person like myself (193 cm), as the bottom was also the wall for the bathroom with no room for overhang, meaning I had to sleep at an angle. The duvet was cotton and fine, but the fitted mattress sheets and pillowcases were both disposable and uncomfortable. Bath towels were also disposable, but the person checking us in offered to let us swap them for cotton towels if we preferred. The bathroom was a shower/toilet combination, which was fin, but mildew was on the bathroom wall from the A/C drain and showering. A lot of noise from the street came through our window, and the top of the bed shared the outside wall and window, which meant outside light also bled through the bottom of the curtains. We didn't sleep in, but this was less than ideal at night. This part of Hong Kong is expensive to stay and it is challenging to find a single hotel room for a family in the city. This hotel is not a hotel, but more of a boarding house. I would not stay at this hotel again and next time in Hong Kong would spend a little more for a nicer room, likely in a different part of Hong Kong.

The property is very central!! 😍 When you step outside the building, on the back entrance, it’s already a street full of restaurant. There’s even a michelin restaurant/stall beside the building.

It’s very small room but what do you expect for the money you paid and in HK? 🤷🏻‍♀️ Also the walls are thin so you can hear the noise from the hallway and other rooms.

Even though the room is tiny like typical budget hotels in Hong Kong, it is well maintained and equipped. The air conditioner, TV, hair dryer and even a fridge were working perfectly, and the room was always clean. The staff welcomed me with WhatsApp message and remained attentive until my check out. I sometimes find negative reviews complaining about the room size in Hong Kong, yet if you need spacious rooms go to high-end hotels. (At least try understanding their real estate landscape if you really respect their society...) This place is conveniently located next to MTR station, has elevators, and provides basic necessities in a manner full of hospitality. I'd book this place when I'm back to Hong Kong. To me it's way way better than high-ranked expensive rooms or dirty super cheap options!

Location near MTR exit Has Wi-Fi

    - too small, the room was not that room showed in picture, smaller than that - they provide disposable towel with no daily change - no daily clean up, we have to contact staff to clean the room, garbage was not clear, the bed was still the same - for 4 days and 4 nights, we(2 people) got only 1 bottle of water - staff was difficult to contact - in bathroom, has only body wash no shampoo

Very accessible to train and bus station. Local Foods are just below. There is a Michelin star resto a couple steps below. Famous shops is just along the main road. Check-in/out is very smooth and Uncle is very accommodating, you just need to tell him or request what ever you need.

    Nothing.

Very good location, host was very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

The bathroom is a wet room instead of separate shower, however it mostly showers over the toilet so is hard to use. Also noticed it sometimes smelt of drains.
