Nothing to complain about, the only thing that could have made the visit better is if we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be returning to the St. Regis Hong Kong.

The St. Regis Hong Kong truly has a staff that goes above and beyond, treating their tenants like royalty. The rooms are modern, spacious, clean with amazing views, meeting all of the expectations of the St. Regis brand. Location was great to experience the harbor and central, and the amenities were exceptional (especially the bar!). Wilson and Skye stood out amongst a staff of all-stars, and we will definitely be back when in Hong Kong. 10 Stars!

Convenient location. MTR to Hong Kong , Kowloon , New Territories, Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau. There are pedestrian bridges connecting to several malls and hotels , where there are a lot of restaurants .

Everything. From the our arrival to departure all the staff were extremely kind and attentive. Every detail is thought through, the amenities in the room are fabulous, the pillow menu is very pleasant. The rooms are big and very nicely decorated. We could use the changing room in the spa including the steam room as we had a very late flight, was very appreciated. Breakfast is fantastic. We stayed in other hotels in Hong Kong before, it’s by far the best ever. Will definitely be back when in Hong Kong.

The only thing I did not like was the coffee.

It is a gorgeous hotel! Loved the design everywhere, the room, the service. The bed was extremely comfortable - slept so well. Was great to stay with kids as well.

The breakfast was excellent; I much preferred the à la carte style over a buffet. It felt more elegant and comfortable, without the need to get up repeatedly for food. The room was cozy, with calming lighting that created a peaceful, restful atmosphere.

The service was impeccable - from check in to check out - every employee I engaged with was extremely professional and accommodating. The restaurants are amazing - the concierge assisted with travel coordination - the entry valets were super friendly and helpful. The room was amazing - the view spectacular - the bed and linens top-notch - room service very good. We had prearranged for breakfast in our room - it was a fantastic decision. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the St Regis and will return during the holiday season later this year.

Location Polite staff but not efficient Western management seemed aloof, not leading and not customer engaging Interior lighting seems from a different era when dark, moody lighting was the rage. Today’s standards warrant brighter, airier spaces.

The view from the room of the slum-like apartment building next door isn't exactly appealing, but many places are like that in Hong Kong so it's understandable

The hotel is the perfect size - large enough to feel comfortable, and not too large to get lost or feel empty. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and clean.
