    The room is too old, carpet was no clean, no facilities, air conditioner can't do adjustment

    Plenty of things to see and do nearby. Just a short walk to the MTR or buses only 100 meters away. Lots of cafes or restaurants to choose.

    The air con was too cold. I turned the temperature up but was still cold for me. I turned it off at night to sleep.

    Location against the price.

    The hotel had serious noise issue with the renovations making it impossible to have a decent conversation in the daytime. What’s worst is that there was such a strong stench of cigarette smoke on the last night that it was clear someone broke the law smoking in the hotel. Despite my numerous complaints the staff didn’t act and when I told them that my health could be at risk and I would hold them responsible, they asked me to go down to change a room if my want - with NO ASSISTANCE WHATSOEVER. And it was past 11pm!!!

    For HK standards, the room had a comfortable amount of room for the two of us. We didn't have to awkwardly put things away in order to move around. Location was great and in a bustling neighbourhood. No shortage of shops or eateries.

    The elevator on the ground floor was under maintenance for the entire duration of our stay. We also noticed a faint smell of cigarette smoke every time we left our room in the hallway. Also, self laundry was not available but they did have laundry service by weight/per item.

    Check in procedure was smooth and staff was courteous. Room was nice. One complaint is that no provision of bottled drinking water, tooth paste and brush, no plastic bag for dirty clothes and no pen and writing pad.

    It was written in the notice that renovation only commence at11am,. I returned to the hotel at 2am+ and turn in at 3.15am The renovation commenced at 855am. I was woken up and felt very irritated and complained to the duty manager. Subsequently the next day a Sunday my daughter who came back at 5am after a night out with relatives renovation work also commenced at 9.00 am plus. Why is renovation allowed on a Sunday. Again I contacted the duty manager. This is totally unacceptable in a two days period. When I booked the hotel stay it was not reported there is ongoing renovation. This was only made known after payment. If I had known would not have booked the hotel stay.

    Noisy inside the room particularly in the morning when the people get up having showers.Also some floors have the renovation or repair work going on.

    We were on a top floor, newly renovated. Good light. Big beds. Spacious for family of 4.

    The hotel was under construction, so escalators did not work all the time. The building is old, so ceiling had damage.
