Food options for vegetarian / Asian vegetarian are not at all available which makes it difficult for asian / hindu vegetarian traveller like me to survive :)

Amazing view and very good staff, however it's too far from the main city which makes it good and bad both, good for being away from the noise & bad because you have to commute a lot to visit the main city. Staff is very nice and supportive they guide you well not in terms of food but also travel which makes it tourist friendly.

Not the cheapest place to stay in HK, but you get what you pay for. No drinks allowed in the pool area which may be a minus for some, but as said the hotel is very much family orientated. Slightly out of the way but there is a half hourly free shuttle bus ( large coach) till late in the evening to take you to Ocean Park MRT from which it is only 1-2 stops to central HK

Super child friendly 5 star hotel with a brilliant infinity pool looking out over the South China Sea and a mini waterpark for the little ones with a large team of lifeguards on duty during pool hours between 8am and 7pm. Food was excellent in the various restaurants ( we did not try them all) with an agreeably lively atmosphere in the main lounge area. Most if not all rooms look out over the sea and are of a high standard as one would expect in a 5 star facility. Our 5 year old enjoyed his stay particularly the pool and the soft play area (payable) and the little touches around the place such as the panda bears everywhere in the eating areas

The drain plug for the bath tub in the bathroom didn't work (would not plug), so we had to use a towel while giving our son a bath. Also, there was a crack on the side of the shower that would cause some water to leak (on the toilet side), so we requested extra towels for the floor. We also didn't have hand towels to use, just the (very big) bath towels and smaller face towels. Not sure if that is something that the hotel doesn't provide in general.

Comfort, size, and the price for the room upgrade. Also, the Panda robe and smaller slippers for my son was cute. He used both during our brief stay.

Would be great to expand the assortment of the buffet especially on the breakfast . The smoking are bit far from. Lounge bar schedule is quite not suitable.

Kids pool is great. Shuttle bus is very convenient. Concierge are pretty good.

Fantastic! We had an ocean view room and this view was really amazing! Very comfortable beds, great size of the room. Staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was one of the best I had ever tried.

Got bitten by bugs while seated at one of the outdoor sofas and also while waiting for shuttle bus. Led to some swelling which subsided few days later.

Lovely view from the room. Gym and pool were amazing too. Shuttle was useful.

Everything is good except the parking fee for hotel guest is super expensive! Why do they charge HKD500 for an overnight parking in their hotel?!! There's no special discount for their guests at all!!!!!!!!

Location. Although there is shuttle bus which runs every hourly, travelling to other parts of HK is not convenient from the hotel.

The sound proofing of the room is not great; I could hear the noise from next door. The room doesn’t provide complimentary bottled water, which is for environmental reasons to save plastics. Understand this is for a good cause, and the hotel also provides alternative bottles and water dispenser along the corridor, but it is still somewhat not convenient, esp when you didn’t bring your own water bottle and you don’t want to use the ones provided by the hotel due to personal hygiene reason.

The room is clean and looks new, with a stunning sea view. The room is also very spacious and bright. The renovation and decoration is warm and classy. It also has a sofa bed which can easily fit two kids, or even two adults. The breakfast is also of good quality, and the breakfast area also has a fantastic view.

The location is for travel at Oceanpark. Suit for family. The hotel is high standard service as we expected and the room is designed for family there are facilities for kids Im impressived.

The swimming pool is closed in winter. The explorer room needs to pay. And there’s no discount to shop in the ocean park souvenir shop.

Room clean and bright with sea view, full set of toiletries are available, bath robe is soft. The breakfast is tasty.

Found a little pricey. They could have given free breakfast for kids. Instead they charged. Also kids play area also is not free. It’s 100 HKD for 45 mins for a kid. That too it was closed when we were there. Kids couldn’t enjoy that

The hotel is spacious, clean, very new, and well designed. The ocean view of each room was gorgeous. The transport was convenient with a shuttle bus to and from MTR. The dinner and breakfast were delicious with a lot of varieties.

The blankets in the room were too hot, so we had to turn the A/C very high to cool the room so that we could sleep, even in the winter. The location is a bit far from other restaurants, with a shuttle that only runs every 30 minutes. Because we went in winter, the pools were closed. However, I knew about the closures and the shuttle schedules ahead of time, so I was not disappointed. The restaurants were on the expensive side (to be expected), but I planned ahead and brought some pastries that I could eat in the room for breakfast.

The rooms have a beautiful view, and the hotel is “fancy” and feels like a treat. The beauty of the view cannot be overstated! The rooms have a mini-espresso machine and are very clean. The bartender at the cafe in the lobby was very kind and helped light the candles on our birthday cake. Service overall was courteous. The room has a nice couch where you can sit and admire the view.

A disappointment was not being able yo eat or drink by the pool. One of the luxuries I enjoy most on holiday is to have a glass of wine and some nibbles laying on a sun lounger poolside. This is forbidden at the property, which given its beautiful pool, is a real let down.

Food was fabulous. Huge choice.
