Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. FinlandWater dispenser only on 19th floor. But this is not a big issue, I just went there every morning with the elevator from the 13th floor. The AC does make some noise, but it didn't bother me, and I'm a light sleeper. Probably because it was a consistent hum. The carpet could be vacuumed a bit better, but these are all quite minor things.
I was upgraded to a Superior room from their cheapest room (I had a 6-night stay, so maybe something to do with that, don't know). I was very happy overall. I found the bed comfy and the room quiet. Only once did I hear something from neighboring rooms. I slept very well here. They cleaned the room every day, replaced the towels and the tea. The location truly is excellent. It was so easy to get anywhere in the city whether it was in Kowloon or on the island. The prices are high, but they're high everywhere in HK, so I would book this again if it fits my budget in the future as well.
