Probably lack of convenient stores around the area at night, but Southside mall and MTR station is 5 mins from hotel.

Everything was so modern and clean, I love the floor isn't carpeted, it is like a woven mat . Very room and relaxing. The pool is amazing. Mountain view of the room and harbour view of the pool to die for.

Nothing really. The airco was a bit noisy in the room. It is good to note you do need to travel a bit from this location if you would like to get to downtown but there is a metro connection a couple of hundred meters away and the bus stops in front of the hotel.

It was a very stylish hotel with very kind staff members and the size of the room exceeded our expectations.

They are very accommodating of pets. The location is far, but the tunnel and metro make it easy to get into town. Staff were friendly.

The food was good, the menu a bit small. For us, the prices of food and drinks were a bit expensive, maybe it's just the exchange rate but we limited our purchases. There's a coffee shop nearby, but other than that I'm not sure of other options nearby. But we got a taxi at night to Repulse Bay (having travelled on bus and train during the day) and enjoyed the serenity there instead. Not close to the airport.

2 night stay to break up our travels back to Oz.The room and the view were spectacular, very comfy bed, big room, quiet, clean, large shower... all in all very good. Airconditioning definitely worked! (Just a little loud). Small rooftop pool was lovely at the end of a warm day. 10min walk to train station. All interactions with staff were excellent. I would stay again

The hotel is very crowded and front desk staff is not flexible. They are nice but very inflexible.

The rooftop pool is a great area, but it closes at 7 pm, plus if you would like to take advantage of Sunset Hour (half priced drinks between 5-7 pm), you need to go down to the 3rd floor lobby/bar, and then carry your drink back up in the elevator. It would have been so nice to have been able to watch the sunset from the pool, or have an evening swim, and to be able to order Sunset priced drinks directly from the pool.

The hotel is well designed and very stylish with beautiful spaces to relax in. We had a fantastic view from our Sea View Room, and we really appreciated the great job that the cleaning staff did each day. The rooftop pool area was one of our favourite places and it also had a stunning panorama across Aberdeen and the harbour. The Arca is a short walk from Wong Chuk Hang subway station, where there is a big mall and local food stalls. This area is relatively quiet in the evenings, so you need to take the subway if you want a bigger range of bars and restaurants.

QR code ordering was too much faff! It should be strigh forward but it wasn't. Most disappointing was that (after bar closing hours) we had to order our drinks on QR code via website and it was in front of the two stuff members, after all they printed that order and asked us to sign it. It would be a lot more efficient if they just take an order and we sign. After bar closes about 10-11pm there is very little to order via website only full bottle of the wine or beer. Small bottle of wine or prosecco would be good.

Roof terrace with a pool was lovely, room was a lot bigger than we expected. Stuff was polite and professional. Breakfast was nice. Only short walk to the train station. Harbour vi ew from room was amazing.

Unfortunately, there is not too much to do in the area. We tried to find a bar that's open on a Sunday for instance, but found ourselves back in central Hong Kong as it was pretty much dead around the hotel. This was anticipated, but just flagging it up to people considering the area (very residential, big roads). However, during the week there are plenty of galleries to explore for anyone who loves art.

Spacious, clean room with modern interior. Lovely, very helpful staff. Excellent rooftop pool facilities, although the opening times could be extended to allow sundowner drinks in the evening. Great views over the harbour and sea from both our room and the pool area. For people who want to spend a chill weekend by the pool, this would be perfect.
