Groundfloor Area Too crowded like market

Chungking Mansion Groundfloor Area. Too crowded , like a market.

They kept the rooms clean

Its in the chungking building and the rooms tile walls were cracked a lot

The room was cheap and was quite clean. Being a very cheap room, it was exactly what I paid for, a clean place to sleep.

The towers that the rooms are located in are a little scattered and difficult to get to using the small, slow, busy elevator.

Location is ok

Didn't stay at sun guesthouse but owner told that it's the same should stay here at Chung king building. Very dirty and have a problem with toilet can't flush ,etc.

It was central Tsim Sha Tsui in ChungKing Mansion, close to everything and easy to get to i suppose. I booked one less room by accident and the owner happy to accommodate an extra room at a cost at very last minute, which was quite helpful

The rooms are tiny, if you've booked for 3 people, no space to move around if one person is standing in the room. Bathroom is tiny too in the centre of the room like a cubicle, the aircon in our room didn't quite work. Appliances are Mainland China plugs not sure why, but make sure to bring your own China to UK/HK adapter.

Good location.

We did not get the Family room that i booked. The owner said because they have lots of guest- eventhough i booked it 2 months ago. And the staff was so impolite. Our flight was early in the morning, they didnt even offer something to drink, we've waited for few hours to move to another building. Not even sorry to what happened.

The place was cozy, we didn’t end up getting the triple we got 2 separate rooms instead since there was only two of us but it was so much better

Within the city. Near to some malls leading to the MTR.

The surroundings is dirty and the elevator is too small only 6 persons can fit. But if you have luggages thats another problem.

The hotel provided a delightful stay with impeccable service and comfortable accommodations. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the overall experience truly enjoyable.

The location

The receptionist has no sense of customer service and very poor communication. She gave us 2 rooms instead of 1 Family Room. I was with 4 kids and my sister. I don’t feel safe at the place. Cockroach and bugs everywhere. It’s so gross

Chungking Mansion is a dirty place

I liked the location, near to tourist spots, easy access to public transportation and you can get everything you needed around the area. Clean room, air-condition working. The owner and the Filipino staff are accommodating , approachable, great service!

There's no other consumables were provided (shampoo, conditioner, soap) not sure if those items needs to ask or they don't really provide it and you need to buy your own. Just that, everything is great.
