It's not necessarily easy to find the location the first time. Instructions for locating might be better.

The room is tiny but it has everything you need. The room and bathroom are incredibly clean. Hot water is plentiful. So is AC. The room even has an easy to use safe and a fridge!

The building itself late at night felt a little bit sketchy. By day it was very pleasant.

The metro station is practically below the building. Very convenient, getting to the airport train and the peak was not too difficult. The view is cool and the room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were responsive my call

Sam, who checked us in, was super nice and helpful. He was there for anything we needed, and the room was cleaned every day. Overall we had a great stay, the only thing I could say is that the room is very small, and the mattress is not comfortable, as it’s very hard. Location 10/10, service 10/10 :)

Tricky to find at first!

Property was perfectly located, the staff were super helpful with check-in and allowing us to leave our bags until our late flight. Space is small, but used wisely and has everything you need!

Hot water for showering needs some time to warm up - remember to turn on the hot water and wait for a while before showering. Didn't realise this and was showering in cold water for the first two days! Some difficulties initially navigating the hotel, but always ask. The staff and reception are always happy to help and are very friendly.

Fantastic location on the main road, right next to the MTR, bus stops and amongst the busy shopping district. Room was always clean (cleaners did a wonderful job!), bed was comfortable and fitted with airconditioning and fan. Staff always provided a prompt response to any questions or requests. As this was my first solo trip I was initially a bit nervous when navigating this hotel, but I never once felt unsafe due to its busy location. There is almost always people around you, the room felt very comfortable, and you'll have access to useful amenities like a microwave, and a hot water dispenser.

Nothing really. My family can adapt well. The corridor going to Sleep Inn looks like it came out of the movies, a bit creepy, and you are like in another place and time. Also, the rooms do look a bit dated.

The place was very clean and they cleaned the room daily. Towels were also changed daily. Wifi was good. Our family of 4 fit in the room even if it was tiny. The bathroom was also small but clean and the water pressure was very strong. Hot water for coffee was available right outside our room and we could also use the microwave anytime. I requested a room with a window and we were given that. The view was of Nathan Road, really cool. Also, the a/c was cold which we loved.

Was a bit worried when our room toilet roll was almost run out. And no new roll wasn't put for standby after the room was cleaned. A new roll was seen on our 5th day. We stayed for 6 nights.

The location is really great. You can walk to Avenue of Stars, Temple Street, Kowloon Park. And it is close to the subway station. It is very clean , the room was done every day. The guest was very nice. I could borrow an umbrella.

Small and cosy. The cleanliness was impressive. I come back to a sparkling clean room and toilet daily. Superb location. Right beside Tsim Sha Tsui exit D1, and directly above the renowned Jenny Bakery. I love immersing myself into local residential building i/o a normal hotel which lack human touch.

excellent location, convenient access to all attractions. very clean, there is everything you need for your stay, even slippers and toothpaste. the room is small but very comfortable. Hong Kong teaches you to make do with little. the staff are very friendly people, they told me and showed me how to get to the places I needed. on the way back they were even escorted to the bus heading to the airport. thanks a lot!!!

Unfortunately, one of the two mini refrigerators provided was not cooling properly. The rooms are also not built soundproof but everything was peaceful during our stay.

Mirador Mansion seems daunting at first sight because it’s quite rundown and old, but we definitely recommend staying here at Sleep Inn! The rooms were actually bigger than expected–we still had space to move around and open our luggages. Everything was tidy and clean–no rodents or cockroaches in sight. The beds were comfortable and towels were changed every day. The AC worked well. There is a heater in the shower as well as wifi, free water and microwave at the reception. Coffee was also provided upon check-in and before check-out. The door security is technologically advanced. Amenities are also one click of a switch away rather than having to do complicated instructions. Adaptors were provided. Sam, the property caretaker, was very friendly and approachable!
