Clean issues, there is a 'not clean' smell of linens, pillows, and beddings which compensates with the price, weak aircon for me, not cool enough. Noise by other guests, though this is not the property's fault. Unfortunately, it was not allowed to take photos to show evidence of our stay.

Location and staff interaction, they are friendly easy to discuss stuff they are not rude. However, the "guard", attendant from the lobby is quite rude to us! No consideration at all, my family was leaving/checking out at 5 am to catch an early flight, and it was heavily raining outside, we are just organizing our stuff, with no plans of hanging in the area longer as we are aiming to catch a bus, he started speaking in Chinese, which we do not understand at all shoving us away!

I booked a bed in 6 female beds, and the toilets were only 2. In the floor it was only 2 toilets with 2 showers all together. Even if you wanna wash your hand you should have been in to the shower. Very very dirty toilets. 80 euro for 2 nights for a hostel is a lot.

Location was pretty much good and the staff (the receptionist) was kind and really helpful.

One of two toilets not working. One of the showers was missing a shower head. Sleeping pods could definitely be cleaned more thoroughly - a lot of dirt in the gaps and crevices.

Great location. Very budget friendly - so can’t expect great luxury.

The beds fans built into the capsule aren’t working and my bed didn’t have the USB charging work and along with that it was missing a slot too. The toilets sometimes doesn’t flush right and the shower doors need to be replaced as it’s falling apart.

During my stay toilet facilities are defective. Especially the flush Garbage are not regularly disposed. Entire Room air-conditioning can't get inside the cube capsule if you close it. :(

The staff are very friendly and accomodating. Good location. The building is easy to find as instructions from hotel staff. Disposable towel and slippers are provided Nice view on the 6th floor Bus stop goin back to airport is very near.

Murphy bed takes some getting used to and is not suitable for claustrophobics. Some of the lamps in the Murphy bed didn't work. A kitchen is practically non-existent. Security inadequate.

Terrace was available. Location is on HK-Island site, not Kawloon.

- service they gave me a message that said I can check-in after 1 pm, but actually check-in time starts from 2 pm (there was a paper in front of the entrance door that is saying "check-in time starts 2 pm" and yes the paper was correct). Also, I reserved the cabin for three days but I could not open the cabin door which closes automatically after opening on the first day of staying. it turned out they registered my stay for a day so that I could not enter the cabin. (I asked for help to the staff so the problem was solved) - bathroom there is a mirror but you cannot see anything with a thick watermark. the shower head was broken but you can use it without any difficulties. there are some shampoo and rinse bottles attached to the wall but they are just ornaments. Also, there are no papers on the toilet so be careful.

I paid over 100 hkd for a room in a dorm but didn't get to stay. I admittedly arrived late and contacted the hostel right away when my delayed flight landed and received no response. Got to hostel before the last check in time but was unable to locate the hostel and had received no communication from the hostel so I left because I was a solo female traveller and exhausted. After I arrived at the new location they hounded me with messaged and aggressively. Apparently staff are available to check in until 1am because that's when they were messaging me till.

This accommodation does not have a shoe rack, so the room smells really bad. I have a headache and it is hard for me to rest

The biggest advantage of this accommodation is its location. The MRT is within 200m and the late-night bus to the airport is about 50m away.

I have been traveling for 20 years. This is absolutely the worse hostel experience i have ever had. This place is disgusting. Everything is dirty. Everything. Old building with mold. Dirty bathrooms. The sleeping cubes are dirty with hair. The pictures are false. Doesn't look like that at all. Trash is piled up even in the outdoor deck. There is stuff everywhere in the lobby. You can't even sit in the lobby. People check in in the middle.of the night and make a lot of noise. I stayed for 2 days and left at 6am the second day because I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Sitting at the train was better than being in this very dirty hostel. It made my skin crawl.

1. firstly it's not a hostel from any angle because in Hostel people have common area to sit and talk and have a lot of conversation whereas it was lacking here 2. overall cleanliness of dormitory was fine however the entry to the hostel is in a building and it's completely dirty 3. guess staying in the hospital for longer period we're not great in terms of behavior as well
