The room fit 4 people comfortably, and we had a sink and a fridge and a long counter, but no where to sit. There is a ledge area by the window, but we used it for our suitcases which took up the whole space. Some seating would be nice, but I do understand the room probably couldn't fit any additional chairs.

The location, while far from the station, had a direct shuttle to Tsuen Wan that runs every 10 minutes, so it was never hard to get into the city. They also had microwaves to use in the lobby area, a gym, and a games room for the kids. We were able to borrow umbrellas, and use their washer/dryer room to help do a load of laundry. Staff was always helpful, they gave us a water-view room when I requested, which was very kind of them.

The hotel needs some refurbishment. Some of the carpets on the landings are stained and wearing thin in places and the rooms all seem to need dehumidifiers on 24 hours a day. When we checked in, we found that our room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. The hotel staff were very understanding when we said we couldn't sleep in the room with the smell and they found us another room, which was much better. The hotel was fine for one night (& we found the shuttle service to be brilliant) but I have to say that for the price we paid, I'm glad this was just a one night stay.

The bed is very uncomfortable and very hard , i hardly sleep as they have a very hard matress, and you can't get good sleep. They need to invest in comfortable soft sleeping mattresses. I have body pains because of this.

I like the fact that the hotel is very clean. The staff are very helpful even though you need to use a translator to communicate with them all the time.

Good comfortable bed and a spacious room. The hotel also had a free shuttle from the hotel to the plaza in Tsuen Wan. I also loved the view.

Really far away from anything. In the middle of nowhere. Poor breakfast- you need to choose from 3 options, but they are quite basic. Cost around 10€ per person, but better find some place outside of the hotel.

Big hotel, quite spacious rooms. Kitchen in the room. Free transfer bus from hotel to nearest subway station.

It was within a peaceful area. Away from the hustle & bustle of the city. Even though hotel was abit out of the way from the city & not near to mtr, hotel provides shuttle service till late at night. So no need to worry abt transportation

Everything is fine with me, the only thing probably need a little improvement is to put a bottle of face soap in the bathroom. Right now the Hotel only supply a shampoo and body lotion (2in1) next to the shower.

Location because it is near my relative's home. Shuttle service to Tsuen Wan MTR is a credit to this Hotel that can offset the location inconvenience. Looks like the Hotel had undergone some renovation recently, It looks much better compared to my last stay a couple years ago.

No place to do laundry. No restaurant was closed for dinner. Only set menus for breakfast and lunch.

View from the room was amazing. Staff was wonderful. Shuttlebus was on time and always available.
