Minimal hanging space or anywhere to put your cases. This is because three beds had been squashed into a space intended for two.

Stayed in room with 3 single beds. Space was very tight but really comfy mattresses, good air con and shower helped to compensate. We enjoyed Kowloon and the open view over the cricket club with the sky scrapers more distant Stylish lobby Good cafes for breakfast nearby

I always book this hotel for sports guests attending the HK Soccer Sevens on behalf of Kowloon Cricket Club (KCC). The hotel is opposite the club, offering great views of the cricket pitch and greenery. The area is quiet yet only a 7-minute stroll to the harboufront and surrounded by places to eat and drink. Staying here makes the TST area so accessible.

I truly wish I could have stayed longer and had the chance to enjoy the in-house restaurant as well.

The attention to detail was exceptional. Every element was thoughtfully curated to make us feel completely at home. The location is highly convenient—just a 5-minute walk from Jordan MTR station. We particularly enjoyed the view of the stadium and appreciated the in-house Marshall speakers, which added a unique touch. This experience was truly memorable, and this will undoubtedly be my preferred place to stay whenever I'm in Hong Kong

Rooms are rather small. There was no water in the room.

The location is perfect: close to Tsim Sha Tsui The facilities are exceptional: the bed is comfy, easy access wi-fi, drip coffee is superb. Extra points for air purifier in the room. The staffs are friendly and polite.

First when I reached to my assigned room, the room is super smelly like the smell of people sweating for a long time. I returned to reception at once, the staff arranged me another one immediately without hesitation and willing to accompany to me for collecting those of my suitcases I left in the smelly room. However, he didn't help me to take those luggages to the rearranged room. Although it's not perfect and has the room to improve, such behaviors still reach the standard to a 4 stars hotel since it's really not a 5 stars one. I can't expect too much.

Most of the staffs are friendly and helpful. Although some of them without smiling faces, they are experienced. The performance of most of them can meet the level of 5 stars hotel. Amazing experience in a 4 stars hotel.

Nothing it was perfect

The staff were fantastic ! So helpful and welcoming . Our room was perfect and we had an amazing breakfast from the cafe . It was a great location within walking distance of great restaurants, cafes and transport . The staff helped us with our luggage into a taxi and waved us off with a smile !
