We liked the hotel mainly because of the location, the room’s vibe (kid-friendly), and the sweet gestures from the staff—especially those who assisted us and the relations officer. They gave our baby a cake twice because it was her 3rd birthday, and they even gave us chocolates. The room was very roomy, spacious, and always clean. The food was great—the selection wasn’t tiring or repetitive. The meals were well-balanced. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, especially our baby, as we celebrated her 3rd birthday. We’ll definitely be back soon.

Bit far walking to Nathen road. The executive club was not so good… they don’t serve free drinks after 20:00 but the other hotels were.

New World Millennium Hong Kong is truly an excellent hotel. The location is perfect, the rooms are very spacious, and the bathrooms are also large and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The harbour view from the higher floors added a unique charm to our stay. There is absolutely nothing negative to mention — the entire staff was incredibly polite and helpful. I stayed at this hotel three times during this trip, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong. Enjoying delicious cocktails at sunset in the Premium Lounge on the 15th floor was a true highlight. After breakfast, sipping your perfectly crafted cappuccinos and espresso macchiatos while planning our day in Hong Kong was a real pleasure. Grace and Cathy, once again during this stay, you were absolutely amazing. I’m truly glad you are there — thank you both for your warm hospitality. There’s more I’d like to add. Breakfast was truly excellent — whether you’re a guest from the East or the West, there was a wide variety of delicious and thoughtfully prepared options for everyone. Given Hong Kong’s unpredictable weather, it was impressive to see even umbrellas provided in the rooms. Coffee machines, coffee capsules, bottled water — everything was available. There were also water dispensers on each floor, which made it easy to refill our bottles before heading out to explore the city. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful — from the very first step inside, they were eager to assist and always paid attention to the smallest details. I’m genuinely happy that I chose to stay at this hotel. During our trip, we traveled to Japan for a week and then returned to stay one more night at this hotel before leaving Hong Kong. When we came back, it truly felt like we were coming home — and that feeling was thanks to the people who work here. Thank you once again for providing such comfort, joy, and hospitality. We are truly grateful.

Hotel Review New World Millennium Hong Kong is truly a wonderful hotel. The location is excellent. The rooms are very spacious, and the bathrooms are also quite large. Cleanliness is top-notch. We stayed on the Premium Floor, so we enjoyed evening cocktails at the lounge on the 15th floor with a stunning harbour view — it was an amazing experience. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about the hotel. All staff members are extremely kind and helpful. I would especially like to extend my sincere thanks to Grace and Cathy from the Premium Floor. Also, many thanks to Bobby at the Lobby for his assistance. I stayed at this hotel three times during this trip, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.
