noise from neighbour rooms showed walls are thin. majority of staff specially service,cleaning not understanding english and neither speak proper english which is a drawback.

i would like to mention specially the staff mr dave receptionist whose shift was from 12pm . he was quite literate to english and also tried to explain many things and helped where ever he can. location is very central, airport bus across the road, markets across the road, train station 7min walk,

The hotel is located on a quieter street in Mong Kok and only 5 minutes walk from Mong Kok so its location is superb. Good food, drinking and shopping options are short distance away. This has to be the biggest hotel room I could find in Kowloon Peninsula area too. The bathroom is spacious and well maintained, and the bed is comfortable.

The location was great. There was lots of eateries and market near by. Nathan road is about 2 blocks away. The room was a good size for us but if you have big suitcases it might be a bit of a struggle. The bed and pillows was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious.

I wish hotel can provide free airport shuttle. it will be nice if front desk offers help in terms giving information about location, what are the places nearby the area, restaurants to try, places to visit, where to get souvenirs and etc. its a small gesture but it is helpful for tourist like us.

Room - the space was good for family of four. It was kept clean everyday, fresh towels also provided everyday. Location - is close to restaurants, shops, markets, mtr.

The location was very convenient very close to the mrt stations, eateries and supermarket. But was in middle of construction markets. But very easy to get out of.

The room is quite cramped, it feels very small and the shower placement with the glass window is odd.

Very close to MTR and centre of MongKok. They had good amenities especially with the microwave which is a rare find. Can also access the rooms directly without having to pass through the lobby.

We had morning flight and arrived at the hotel around 7am, the staffs were nice enough for us to check in then without waiting till the afternoon. We were surprised to find out there was a reverse osmosis water filter system in the room with temperature settings. Besides that, there were plates, bowls, utensils, microwave, fridge, air purifier, and safe. Also there were rooms for luggage underneath the beds. The room was not too big but had everything we need. Bathroom was clean and the cleaning lady was very nice and friendly. MTR station was a few minutes walk, and the "fruits street" was just across the street. Walking distance to the Lady's market. Very convenient location. We will definitely stay here next time we visit HK.
