The immediate surroundings are very local as the hotel is away from the usual tourist spots. However, easy access to Prince Edward station means that the main shopping and cultural spots such as TST and Central are only minutes away by underground. The staff are exceptional, kind, courtious and helpful. The room was ok for me as a single traveler and would be ok for a couple on a short stay. Clothes storage is limited to hangers on wall hooks and suitcase space under the bed, again ok for me and more suited to a shorter stay. The room was cleaned every day, towels changed and ammenities restocked. Overall it met everything that i needed for my trip so i would recommend this hotel for someone on a budget looking for a short stay in HK.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Even the cleaning staff are nice. Very clean, functional rooms with comfortable beds. Reliable Wi-Fi. Great location just a few steps from Prince Edward MTR. Extremely good value.

After staying in Hanoi Old Town, we decided to move into an apartment. It was much cleaner, and we had the entire floor to ourselves. The rooms were also much more spacious than typical hotel rooms.

The room sound proof is not good . I can hear the lift up and down sound and the voice from other rooms . The way the door close also bad . Is always close with a big band!

Great value for money, great location - easily accessible by taxi, bus or train, with lots of great food within walking distance. Rooms are also reasonably clean.

There are only 2 hangers and no actual wardrobe, a bit awkward if you stay for longer than a couple of days, you have to live out of the suitcase. It seems that the no disturb sign outside the door means nothing, cause the 2 occasions I wanted to sleep in or simply didn't need any room cleaning, I was however phoned by the receptionist, asking if I needed anything, so I decided to inform the cleaning staff myself, when I heard them working outside, that my room didn't really need to be cleaned, just some refills, then I could be left alone, undistributed!

Excellent location, easy reach to everything. Comfortable bed, clean and spacious room, and because there are only 4 rooms on each floor, it's lovely quiet and no need to wait for long for the elevator, cause there are two !

That would be great if the hotel offers breakfast, but it is not a big issue since there are lots of options nearby.

Location is very good, just few meters from the MTR. Room is small but it has everything you need, the facility, and it is very clean and well-designed. The staff is helpful and available every time we need.

Beds are too narrow, so they knew we were three people and still gave us room where you can’t add extra bed. Which was really strange. How we supposed to live in this kind of room.

I found the refundable deposit of HKD 1,000 inconvenient and unnecessary. The bed mattress was too firm for my preference, and the room was quite small, with the bathroom sink oddly located in the hallway.

Loved the location of the hotel! It’s just a 1-minute walk from the bus station (A21 from the airport) and 2 minutes from Prince Edward metro station. Plus, the direct bus to Macau is only 2 minutes away. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional, and the daily cleaning service was great.
